Just ok

Room is nothing special. Just standard. Clean but quite dated. Ok for just sleeping in while travelling on a business trip. Wouldn't stay for a vacation. But staff are great, very friendly and welcoming. Free breakfast is convenient.

We are scheduled for a complete renovation that is commenced to start in February 2018 which will give the hotel a totally new, updated look! Great stay

The check in was easy, let me check in early. Room was clean. The king size bed was comfortable. The pull out couch was nice to have but the mattress was awful. Luckily we had a air mattress to put on top of it. There is no room service for food. My overall stay was excellent

Nice place to stay conveniently located to shopping dinning and down town salem mass free breakfat wasnt bad also would highly recommend

We enjoyed our stay. Will return. Wish we had known it was next door to Costco, as a visitor it would be easier to find as it is set back from Newbury.

Inconsiderate!

I communicated with them everyday for stating we were incurring traffic trying to leave Florida, they gave my room away after I was repeatedly told it would be unethical for them to give the room away since it was paid for and guaranteed. Very upsetting!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Very friendly. Quiet. Clean. Nice kitchen in unit. Very helpful with directions and suggesting things to do. Would stay again

Nice pet friendly gotel

Nice place to stay. Kitchenette is nice. Close to highway. Good breakfast but where's the bacon?
