Pros: Very little. the staff was cordial and helpful.
Cons: refurbish all!
Very disappointed at the shabbiness of this supposed 3 star residence.

The staff is fantastic. Friendly and helpful. Breakfast is very good and changes daily. The room was very comfortable, typical for Residence Inn. It was quiet considering it is located on a major thoroughfare. I used the laundry room and it was clean with easy access. The only problem I had was finding the entrance to the hotel from the main road, hard to find at night. If you see a Costco on the right, get ready to turn in.

We had a good stay the staff was very friendly, location was great. I just had a dirty towel in my room that was left by the guest before me, so I'm thinking the room wasn't cleaned properly.

Great service clean spacious rooms tricky entrance

Better signage needs to happen at the entrance. It's very hidden and if you pass the entrance you have to circle back around on the highway because there isn't a uturn for miles. I missed the e trace and two Uber drivers also missed it.

Bad Location

Great place but impossible to get to. Signage hid behind trees and other shopping center; almost impossible to find because of difficult lane and road situations. Choose something safe and convenient as far as location.

When reserved a room with king size bed. They offered us early check in with a handicapped accessible room. We declined. Checked in late at night, gave us handicapped room again with Queen bed. Went back to the desk, they gave us room with King bed, but someone was already in that room!!! Went back to desk, only room left, handicapped accessible room with Queen bed. They did give us points for a free night stay at another Marriot hotel.

Convenient location hotel was ok

Pros: Size of room although we were given a handicapped queen room rather than the King room we had booked
Cons: Grounds could be a bit tidier and breakfast was boring
The hotel was just ok. Rooms were spacious as are all the Residence Inns. Facilities were nice and staff was helpful. Disappointed with the non smoking policy...they had a designated area which was nice but smoker smokes at the grill area and other areas on the grounds and non smoking area not enforced. Our room seemed to be only vacuumed once during our 5 night stay and toiletries (shampoo, soap) only replaced once.

There was confusion at the front desk, our room was not available but then they found one that was. Wasn't happy about the pre pay policy. Looks like they tried to do updates but still had an out of date feel & a moldy smell. The room was stale an had hints of stale cigarette in air, even though it claims to be a non smoking establishment. Checked out earlier due to my son's asthma & problems with mold & cigarette residual. Breakfast was ok, area was clean & well stocked.
