When I arrived at the hotel, I was told by the receptionist that it was being remodeled. I was given a room along with the door keys. When I arrived at the room, none of the keys worked, so I tried to open the door without the key. To my surprise, the door opened without the key, and inside were 3 people on the beds relaxing. I told the receptionist of this situation and she investigated. She went to the room asking with a Spanish-speaking housekeeper to inform the trespassers to leave. Once they left the room, the housekeeper looked around the dirty room and left. I set my baggage down and attempted to leave the room when I discovered that the room had no lock on the door. I went back to the receptionist desk and asked why doesn't the room have a secure door. She canceled my reservation, and I had to find another hotel. I'll never use Super8 Hotels again.

Blankets had burn holes in them. No towels or wash rags. No smoke alarm just wires hanging from the ceiling. The key never worked and we didn’t get a replacement was told we wouldn’t be getting another. Receptionist was fine and helpful to an extent.

From the beginning, this was a horrible experience. The front desk lady did not have my reservation recorded correctly. Wrong credit card number. No breakfast as advertised. The room had filthy carpets, a lamp wouldn't work, the bathroom door had serious water damage and was coming apart at the bottom, the door would not lock except for the deadbolt. Thus we could not lock while going out for supper. Desk clerk gave us another room, but it had only one bed for the three adults. Very unsavory people hanging around. Hallway smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. We left. She said we would not be charged. She needs to be correct.

Had to change room 4 times. Lights did not work; tv did not work. Remote control did not work on tv that minimally worked. Had to run water for. 10 minutes to make it hot. Everything was shabby. Mattress terrible. Worst motel I hav stayed in. Seemed like more of a flop house.

We were sent to one room, the keys didn’t work. We went back to the service desk to get another key. Once in the room, I killed a roach. We were moved to another room, but then moved to another room. Once in the room, we located two used roach bombs still in place. There were dead roaches on the floor. There were no blankets. We went to ask for a refund, but we’re told we’d have to go through the third party we scheduled through. This place is not only dirty, but due to the roaches/bombs, it is unhealthy!!!

We had trouble finding the hotel because the sign was not lit up and it was nighttime. The floor in our room had not been vacuumed. The electronic keys to the room door did not work at all; the front desk person was very nice and tried to help by reprogramming them, but they still didn’t work. There was a random washer and dryer sitting in the lobby. Breakfast was listed as included but there was no sign that there would be any breakfast served despite us leaving at 7:00 am. I am not a person to leave negative comments because I know that things are rarely perfect. I hope these comments will encourage this property to make improvements.

Needed a quick cheap place to stay and I got what I paid for. Leaking sink left water on the floor, no remote (but staff brought one after about 30 min), hole in the bathroom door, had to wait 15 min for some hot water, and it came with pets (found a roach each morning). Never again.

We stayed in room 102. It was NOT clean. We checked the mattresses for bedbugs (a habit we have developed) and they were absolutely filthy. No evidence of bedbugs thankfully. The sheets were clean, the towels and wash cloths were clean. The shower had 2 holes in the wall where it seemed there had been a rod of some kind. There appeared to be black mold on the outside wall on the left side near the floor. There was no toilet paper holder, There was a smashed roach on the wall right next to the sink. No one bothered to clean it off the wall. The curtains and shades were filthy. The hotel had a funky smell when you first walked in. Not sure what that was. Thought at first it was from a smelly cleaner but I seriously doubt that at this point. Won’t stay there again and makes me rethink staying at any super 8.

The curtains were filthy, there was no phone in the room, the bathroom door did not have a handle, there were holes in the shower wall where a rail was missing, there was no working remote for the television, and THE ROOM WAS INFESTED WITH COCKROACHES! The beds were hard and very uncomfortable as were the pillows.

DO NOT DO IT! This is an absolutely abhorable location. Cockroaches EVERYWHERE - holes in walls and doors. Stains on linens and curtains basically hanging by a thread. Rooms were moldy and musty. I notified staff that a young man as throwing rocks at the commercial garbage receptacle and I witnessed hitting a vehicle. She told me he was “throwing them at skunks” and later I found out it was her child. We slept in our vehicle and witnessed the staff member outside dancing and making videos of herself/selfies for quite a while.

They advertise free breakfast, there was NOT one. The room had a little coffee pot but when I asked for regular coffee packs, was told they were out. Coffee was in the lobby the next morning, The orange juice machine had big OUT OF ORDER sign on it. The motel needs new furnishings. When registering on arrival, person was not very welcoming. Would not stay here again.

I was terribly disappointed in this hotel, it was it was in desperate need of upgrades and attention. There was a hole punched in the closet door and another inside the shower that had been “repaired” by shoving a piece of a plastic bag in it. There were cigarette burns in the bedspread, the drapes were falling off the rod. There were bug crawling around in the bathroom and the tub was so stained with dirt it was gross. The staff didn’t even bother to stand up to check me in or out. The windows were dirty, carpet worn and an overall feel of shabbiness. For a Wyndham hotel, it was absolutely a disappointment. In addition, the room price doubled from Thurs. to Sat. For no apparent reason. I won’t stay here again.

The covers on the bed have cigarette burns in them...took pics. The refrigerator is rusted and dirty, the front and back of the bathroom door on the bottom is coming apart, It took over ten mins. to get barely warm water in the bathroom and that was all the way on hot. Floors are dirty with long dark hair on them and in the sink. Not safe at all....didn't need a key card to get in the door at the stairway entrance. We paid almost $140 for this dump. I expected better from a Wyndham property.

This was probably the worst experience we’ve ever had at a hotel. Here is a list of things we were unhappy about: 1. Door was unlocked and tv was on when we arrived. No remote to turn it off. Had to go to the front desk for a remote, which also didn’t work. Went back to the front desk. They gave us batteries. Still didn’t work. Finally housekeeping brought in a different remote and turned off the tv. 2. The room was very small. 3. There was a lounge chair that took up half the room but it was so filthy we didn’t even want to set anything on it, much less sit on it. 4. The smoke detector was unhooked and on lying on a shelf with the battery hanging out of it. 5. There was 1 towel, washcloth & hand towel for 2 people. Had to go in search of more before we could shower. 6. Pillows were 1/2 size (square). There were 3. 7. Room was supposed to be smoke free but reeked of cigarette smoke. 8. We received a “wake-up call” at 11:30 pm reminding us that breakfast started at 7:00. 9. But, of course, there was no breakfast. Barely coffee. The website said free breakfast, as did the sign in the lobby. We were told by the front desk person (with her mouth full of biscuits and gravy) that they “hadn’t done breakfast since Covid”) Overall, a terrible experience.

Room was dirty, curtains at some point had caught fire and left hanging, window wouldn't lock (ground floor), looked as though people were living outside by window, a/c cover was pulled off and behind chair, holes in walls, peephole covered with gauze, burn holes in sheets and blanket, trash in floor, carpet was not only Filthy, but huge burns/caught fire. Only good thing was staff very polite and after providing pictures agreed to a full refund.

You get what you pay for.
They are clearly trying to update this property, but there is a lot of work to be done. My bed was excellent, but the cover of the air conditioner was damaged and set in the corner. One wall in the bathroom had been painted. The couch in the room was so filthy I wouldn't sit on it or put my suitcase on it. The television was stationary so you had to watch it from an angle from the bed. The cleaning staff was excellent, but when I checked out I wanted to put it on a different card than I had reserved it on, and the person at the desk did not know how to do that.

Im not fussy buy far but this room ,102, rated a 2 out of 10. I got rid of the roaches, big red stain on carpet, looked like a crime sean. Didnt have toilet paper and the holder was missing. Bathroom half painted. Lamp shade all tattered goodwill wouldnt sell it. Nothing for f Breakfast. And the rate was very high. Should of gone to the quality inn where ive stayed before with great rooms and great breakfast, thats where im going next time...everyone go to the quality inn for a good room

Looked as if zero maintenance had been done in several years. Smoke detector was missing. Drawer handle was broken. Curtain was torn. Hasp lock was torn loose from the door. Lamp shade was torn and twisted. Mold/mildew on ceiling in shower. Other items were also broken but more than can be listed here.
