Great stay!

Pros: Location. Cleanliness of room. Comfort of the bed.
Location: Walking distance to Alligator Alley!
This was a quick trip, just a run down from Birmingham for a birthday party - then returning the next morning. All was ready for us when we arrived, everyone was very nice. The room was perfect - I especially enjoyed the wifi - and all the plugs at the desk. Just a good stay!

It was an awesome stay. The front desk clerk Kayla was super sweet and helpful. The room was super clean and the bed was so comfortable!!! We would definitely stay here again!

Pros: consistent with comfort suites brand
Cons: mangmnts interest in upkeep and motivating staff
staffwas ok but didn't sense the same enthusiasm we experienced at southaven tn. ultimately it reflects on the ownerships attitude yo and for the employees. maintenance had obvious faults. not upset but without input mgmnt never knows.
