Excellent hotel and very nice staff especially Adel from the restaurant. He is a very cheerful person and tries to please everybody. Breakfast is great! We had a nice room on the last floor with a great view.

The staff of the hotel was nice and helpfull. The location easy yo get a round. Nearby is the Mosque of Hasann II. The hotel is a bit old but the room is confortable.

Wouldn’t a second time
Though the hotel was good enough to let me check in early, I also had to note that I had written them twice by email to ask about their hotel transfer service from the airport. I showed the guy at the desk and he had no answer. Service is hotel restaurant was very slow and they were out of a lot of (most?) items. Breakfast was plentiful but not very good.

Hair all over bed linens. Also all over bathroom, walls. Dirty and old and grimy. Asked for a change of bedsheets, new ones were the same. The immediate area is not welcoming and the balcony is not clean or usable. Ended up leaving after checkin to stay at a different hotel. Don’t recommend at all.

This hotel is perfectly situated near many of the points of interest in central Casablanca. There is a terrific pastry shop directly across the street, and other essentials nearby. The staff are very helpful, and we enjoyed ourselves in the small bar-cocktail lounge. In addition, the hotel honoured a credit for rooms we booked just before the pandemic. This was more than fair on their part. We would stay here again.

Could have been very good
The bedding had a stale smell to it. If we were not so tired with flights and travel. It would have been difficult to have slept. The bathroom was not as clean as I would have liked. But the service and attitude of the staff was too notch. I could not fault their helpfulness.

Everything in chaos
This is definitely NOT a 4 star hotel. Very dirty carpet, stinky toilet, basin sucks, and dirty towels. The buffet breakfast is totally chaos. Coffee machine not working, dirty coffee cup, and all the tables in a mess…. etc. Food selection is very limited. The hotel location is good.

Very nice hotel! The room and linens were very clean. Very comfortable bed as well. The bathroom was immaculate. The shower has a rain shower head (coming from the ceiling). The staff were very professional, friendly, and helpful. The breakfast in the morning was very convenient and delicious. The hotel is conveniently located. I would highly recommend this hotel!

I stayed in room 604 and the water pressure in the shower area is practically non existent. So if you want to have a good shower at the end of the day, do not stay here. I didn’t bother to ask for another room As I found out about it only when I was ready to take a shower.

Nice hotel but a few noise and service issues
Nice hotel but very noisy elevators. We even changed rooms but it didn't really help. Had a difficult time getting an itemized copy of my bill...which I still don't think was correct. Unfortunately it seemed difficult to communicate with some of the reception staff. Additionally, we had made arrangements with the hotel for transportation from the airport and it was not provided.

Great location, lots of action at the tram station just around the corner. Hotel is nice but dated. That’s not an issue for me, but the shower head in our bathroom was awful. Just needs replaced from years of hard water buildup. Staff was friendly and helpful. Great WiFi which is a plus. Casablanca is crazy busy, be prepared for an hour + drive just to get out of the city from the hotels downtown location when you leave.

Customer service is lacking!
The receptionists were not very helpful or welcoming. When asked about hammams, they just showed us a flyer, without any explanation or anything about the prices. When asked about the price of a taxi to go to the mall, she just said "taxi meter". I am not sure why she expects a tourist to be able to pay taxi meter in Casablanca when she works in the tourism industry! Casablanca (Morocco in general) taxis are known to charge their own "negotiated" rate -- this is the type of experienced knowledge we'd expect from the hotel receptionist such that we don't get unknowingly ripped off! Also, another hotel guest in front of us had trouble activating her SIM card. The receptionist told them to go back to the convenience store to do it -- utterly unhelpful especially since any local could help listen to the phone instructions and a convenience store worker is unlikely to have a good enough command of English to help the poor tourist. Overall, a lot of improvement in customer service is necessary to achieve a truly 4-5 star rating. On the other hand, the hotel is pretty good.
