“House was very dirty, no heat, kitchen cabinets and drawers all broken and filthy, mold in the refrigerator, bathroom fixtures broken, shower clogged. Property manager didnt address any of the issues, refused to bring additional wood for chimney and blankets, didn’t even come when power went out because of storm. Property manager attempted to come in the house with vendors to install cinema system during our stay, Very rude, unprofessional and cheap.”

“The check in time is quite late, can only check in on 3PM. House is big but the living room is very small, can only fit in one bed. Not very comfortable staying in the living room. Also the mattress is not very comfortable. The breakfast is just giving us one small bag with a bread, a yogurt and some snacks. We didn’t eat. They don’t clean the room every day, they said they clean it every 2 days, but the third day they still not clean the room until we called them.”
