Not what it looks like.

It was just and overnight rest but disappointing nonthless. The area is just old and run down. Pool was filled in with dirt and grass. The only thing I was hoping for was a pool to get the restlessness from the drive out of the kids. Still I don't want to complain too much the area was obviously hit hard by the bad economy.

poor nights sleep

Service was great and employees were very nice. Room was hot even with air conditioner running all night. Breakfast could use improvements.

Avoid at all costs

This was the only available hotel within an hour of St Augustine and we now know why. There were some sort of tiny bugs crawling around the bathroom area, the room smelled awful, whatever material they have on the walls was peeling off, bathroom door wouldn't shut, I could go on all day. It did have newer paint and bed though. Stayer beware.

Not as expected

Thankfully I only stayed one night as I was passing through Georgia. I had read online that the hotel had been recently renovated, however, the refrigerator in my room did not work, there were ants in the bathroom area, my bedspread had a large cigarette hole burned in it, and the mattress was hard as a rock. On the plus side , it was very quiet, inexpensive, had ample parking, not far from the interstate, and the front desk staff was helpful and friendly.
