The TV did not work at all. The water in the shower was terrible. My daughters had no hope at all of being able to wash their hair. There is a sticky tap washer on the hot water tap which meant that the hot water did not work for a few minutes are being turned on.

Oh Craig! We are quite devastated that you had problems when staying at our gorgeous little motel. I have to ask - did you contact reception about your problems? I suspect not. Firstly - the TV. The tvs work absolutely fine and are checked regularly BUT ...Guests tend to change the settings sometimes which is very frustrating for us, and means they do not work for the next user.The hot water? The gas systems are a fair way from some of the rooms (I don't know which room you were in) and can take a while to warm up. They too work absolutely fine. A call to reception on the in-house phone could have quickly sorted all your concerns. We are so glad you have alerted us now, but so very sad that it is (a) too late to fix them for you and (b) that you have given us such a dreadful review. It is very damaging to our business especially as we work so hard to offer the best possible stay for our guests, and I think you will find that the reviews reflect this. The couple that run the motel are obliging, nothing is to much trouble, and the breakfast is good and value for money. Would recommend if stayimg in Dalby

Very spacious,clean and tidy, Very well equipped. Maybe,a toaster would have been handy but understand they can cause issues with smoke alarms. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

This was a very nice clean & well maintained place of lodgeing for a older motel,was quite and room was comfortable. Would stay again .

Accommodation was booked for work purposes and was unfortunately cancelled due to the fires.
Refund was requested 24 hours prior to check in and was rejected. When I tried to email to ask why the refund was declined - I did not receive a response.

Hello Joshua, As we did not receive any emails or call from you about this booking I find it difficult to respond to your complaint other than to say we have looked into you reservation and the cancellation policy from the Online Booking Agent clearly state that you have a 48 hour prior to arrival for a free cancellation however you gave the booking agent less than 24 hours. These terms and conditions are set by the booking agent and you agreed to these term and conditions upon making the reservation through the third party booking agent.To avoid this occurring it is always advisable to call the motel direct with your reservation as there is more flexibilities to alter or cancel without penalties.

The motel has been operating in Dalby for quiet some time obviously but our checkin was great and very friendly. Room was clean, comfortable and quiet and that’s all we needed! Thanks guys!

Hotel is very clean, and extremely comfortable bed. Staff are very pleasant and helpful.
Facilities were clean, in the coffee machine in the room was a great touch.
Would stay here again if needed.

The manager is friendly and was kind enough to bring the breakfast tray to the room in the afternoon because I wanted to vacate before 6.30am the following morning.
The bed was really comfortable and the premises are very clean. The reverse cycle worked well and was quiet.
