"Have stayed here a few times and it’s always good. We were given a room this time with a broken blind and they switched us rooms straight away with no hassle. The only thing I noticed was the standard of housekeeping. The rooms seem like they were rushed through with not enough towels, beds made sloppy and not restocking bathroom supplies adequately. Is saying that though we called for more towels and supplies and they were bought up with no hassle and very quick. "

"The property is in a great location. It’s definitely a bit run down. The air on didn’t work properly and we asked for a fan. The manager was excellent and went and bought one as they didn’t have any. It was definitely over priced but we were there for the Taylor Swift weekend so everything was overpriced. "
