The Space:
The kitchenette is equipped with a small fridge, microwave, kettle, plates and cutlery. Please note that there is no full kitchen.

For home office requirements, the studio is furnished with a desk and fast WiFi.

Alternatively, kick off your shoes, relax on our comfy Queen size bed and watch your favorite show on the flat screen TV in your unit.

WiFi and parking are included in the rate.

The building is a former hotel, but it’s neither operated nor staffed as a hotel. We built individual modern studios with self-check-in. Our team is readily available by email or text message to assist you during your stay.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to everything inside the apt.

For your comfort, we have installed a state-of-the-art camera system.

The amenities surrounding the hotel include an Irving gas station, Tim Hortons, Alexandra’s Pizza, a Needs Convenience Store as well as the Smoke House with occasional live performance.

We are ideally located next to the highway with easy access to Dartmouth Mic Mac Mall and only a 15 minutes’ drive to Downtown Halifax. The beautiful Albro Lake area is a short walk from the hotel.
