Pros: Rate was reasonable.
Cons: A lot.
Location: Was just looking for a place to stay the night.
Hotel was very outdated for a Fairfield. Bed was uncomfortable and most of the hotel had a musty smell to it.

Meet our needs for a one-night stay

We were on our way through Davenport as part of a California road trip. Just need a place to rest our heads for the night. The breakfast was very good, well-stocked and tasty. Came as a surprise for a middle-of-the road hotel/inn.

Challenging to find access drive after dark

Staff very friendly and helpful. Property very worn and in need of freshening and maintenance upgrades. Driveway snaking around car lot difficult to find. Our stay was fine but better options likely exist at price point in Quad Cities.

Not easy on/off

Not easily accessed from the highway and a bit of a challenge to get into in that you essentially have to go through a car lot. Once there it was fine. But going to dinner presented the same in and out challenges.

other hotel would have been nicer. elevator and area by pool needed cleaned up. older looking style. small sign on street that you miss and have to turn around to find entrance. didn't feel like items in car would be safe
