We walked out because the room was disgusting, the bedding was stained and had cigarette burns, and the attendant did not speak English very well.

This place is disgusting. There’s mold on the wall! I asked to switch room. Next room still disgusting, only one towel in the bathroom and it was dirty!! Trash behind tv and near bed. After checking out I stayed in the lobby waiting for a lyft to go to another hotel, the manager sends someone to ask what time we were leaving, because I couldn’t stay there! Like what?! Horrible don’t stay here

No hot water to shower, toilet that didn't flush. Pillows were not comfortable. Person at the desk was not friendly. Would not recommend, and would NOT stay here again, under any circumstances. HORRIBLE. Everything in there was old. Front desk staff seemed like the owner didn't really care that there was no hot water, and they didn't want to do anything about it. awful. just awful.

This hotel is run down. The staff are nice though. We went through 3 rooms before finding one that was acceptable. Dirty sheets, stains on the mattress, blood stains in one room, shower head was held in place by tape which came off and hit someone in the head, ants everywhere in the bathroom, someones old food in the refrigerator. Basically save your money and go elsewhere. Disgusting

This property used to be a great place to stay. Clearly it is under new management and is HORRIBLE now. When you check in you have to sign a million "house rules" and threats of $250 fees.. it is weird... will definitely be watching my card for extra charges. The outside sidewalk was a complete sheet of ice with NO ice melt laid down, we haven't had inclement weather in weeks just cold. This was clear neglegence of the property. The room was filthy, I wouldn't even take my shoes off... the chair was stained, the desk chair was stained and completely broken/unusable. The tub had a weird yellow hinge to it, the sink had no stopper, lamps weren't plugged in because pretty much every outlet was stripped and unusable. TV cable wasn't hooked up, the advertised "breakfast" was toast, a COMMUNITY JAR of PB (unsanitary) and a box of cheerios... Really? Will never stay here again, Expedia should be ashamed to even list this hotel.
