the staff were friendly. I only have 2 complaints. The room refrigerator didn’t work, so the milk I had went bad. And the morning “breakfast” that was offered consisted of Chewy granola bars & coffee…nothing else was offered. Those aren’t “breakfast”, as it states on the package it is a SNACK. I would’ve stayed elsewhere with my children had I known there wouldn’t be anything available for them. Also, drug addicts were a bit…shady in the parking lot & pacing the walkways by my door. Made my kids very uneasy.

They called the morning of our stay and offered a free upgrade to a king suite. We declined bc there were 3 of us and we booked 2 queen beds. When we checked in they gave us a king suite/handicap room. When we asked they said “we overbooked. This is all we have” The room was also facing the highway/main road. It was very load all hrs of the day and night.

I loved having the amm3nties like the porch n being adjacent to the lake. The boats available anytime for use. A fireplace, grills for use anytime. The room is had had a kitchen which made life easier. The place was immaculate. Im looking to go back again next year.

Breakfast was great, and was refilled for the crowd promptly. The young woman cleaning the breakfast area is the hardest working person I have ever seen! Place was spotless in breakfast area.and she was very polite and professional! Only some minor things like glasses in bathroom (none). The Hot tub either needs to be cleaned or resurfaced so We didn’t go in it, but the pool was great!
