Ok but will not return

Staff is okay and so is the room but faced some inconveniences at check-in. No elevators so bags needed to be carried up to the second floor. First room reeked of cigarette fumes so had to move to a next room. No daily maid service. Overall experience not good.

Undelivered amenities

Pros: Location and cleanliness
Cons: The hotel says the stay includes breakfast, so it should actually include breakfast.
Location: Right next to the main highways
One of the main reasons that I made my reservation was because Extended Stay America said breakfast was included. However, I was disappointed when I went to get my breakfast and my choices were coffee or tea and a muffin.

Close to shopping; a good spring board place.

It was noisy because of the construction going on at the Cosco across the street.

Extremely polite staff, clean and quiet property would definitely recommend to friends and family, above and beyond what I expected, clean property and safe neighborhood and close to everything no complaints at all excellent service and staff

Dump....with no dishes and its an efficiency

You cant call your hotel an efficiency or extended stay. You didnt even have a cup in the room. There was no ice maker in the frig or on the hotel grounds. The bed was as hard as a rock. If you wanted a cup or any dishes you had to walk down and ask front desk.

O.K. but nothing spectacular!

Our late check-in (around 1 a.m.) was relatively prompt! Pretty much a standard Extended Stay which is O.K. but nothing spectacular! The price was great for an overnight stay before going on a cruise!
