Charged a pregnant woman for smoking in room

My experience started off good, but a bit disappointed that there was no continental breakfast as advertised, instead they had something called "grab and go". Also, I stayed there for 3 nights and there was no maid service, but the room was clean. The terrible part of my experience was after my trip and saw an additional charge of $350 on my credit card. I immediately called to ask why there was an additional charge when I booked a flight and hotel package with Expedia. I was told that I would have to speak with the manager, who wouldn't be in until the next day. Fine...called the next day spoke the manager, explained the situation and she said her assistant checked the room the same day and smelled smoke. I told her I was 5 months pregnant and was on a medical trip with my dad who is receiving treatment for prostate cancer, no one I traveled with smokes and there was absolutely no smoking in the room! She started to get an attitude and said she would have to speak with the assistant who inspected the room and would return a call to me at the end of the day. Not sure when they consider end of the day, but no one called me, so I called the next morning and was able to speak directly to the assistant. She told me when she inspected the room and smelled smoke, again I told her I was 5 months pregnant on a medical trip with my dad. She said the only thing I can do is launch a complaint with my bank. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I WILL NOT STAY AT ANY EXTENDED STAY AGAIN!
