Customer service is what keeps you with a job

It was good. I enjoyed more the shuttle driver was great. Made me knowledgeable about everything. He had compassion for visitors more than the staff. Got there at 11:45 didn't get a room until almost 2:00. Never was told that. People were going a head of me. Another staff explained later why. The manager said she would call me when my room was ready she didn't. I came back at 2:00, then she said let me get you your room., like I did something room. After going through all of that, the shuttle guy needs to be manager. He made my experience the best. He told me to get breakfast before leaving the food was half way out the staff preparing the food said it's not time, you can't have anything. The other staff said let me gat you a doughnut or something. He said it's to early while you wait for me to prepare the bus, he gave me a doughnut before leaving out at 5:45. I said he takes better care than the rest of the staff. We need more compassionite people in customer service. Customer service should have said, you look tired you come from out of town. If something else come up would you like that instead of sitting in the hallway for 21/2 hours. No explanation, just wait. I have been in customer service I would have accomadated my guest...
