Roaches in the toilet area. I let them swim in the toilet before sending them down the drain. Vinyl floor was very dirty and sticky. Iy was mopped on our lasr day there.

Parking lot was free of snow and ice. Room was very clean. The heat was fantastic I actually had to turn it down due to it getting too hot.

I was told it was a walk-in shower with a chair. It was a bathtub with a chair-that made it impossible to shower!

Nice room
The room was overall really nice. The bathroom has hairs on the showers walls and on the toilet tank lid. Everything else was great.

I was pleasantly surprised how nice this hotel was. It’s an older facility but well kept. Breakfast was great and fresh. Quiet, safe atmosphere. I’ll definitely stay again when in the area.

The staff was nice - we originally were only going to stay one night and decided to add an additional night and they were very accommodating - we got to keep the same room at the same rate.

Double Charge
I prepaid my reservation at Hotels.com with Hotels.com gift card like I always do. I was put in a room with bathroom that was inaccessible, under construction/remodeling. (tools, rusty gaskets, debri in tub, safety bars laying on floor dismantled, etc) so I went back to check in and requested another room. The next room was fine. Then I received a banking text alert of my debit card charge. I called the front desk and was told it was an accidental charge as he didn't know I prepaid. My bank normally takes 5-7 business days to clear this. So I double paid for my overnight visit! Besides that being disappointing and very costly, the unacceptable thing is that no one was going to tell me! If my bank hadn't alerted me of a charge I wouldn't have known until I checked my account later on in the week. This definitely makes me rethink staying here again.

The room was wonderful and clean. When I walked in, I could smell the smell of bleach, and I knew that it was very clean. The staff was so nice. The young gentleman at the front desk even made me a waffle. Highly recommend!!
