Didn't get to stay there. Was called at 3pm to tell me that they didn't have the room i had reserved. They could send me to another hotel. When I got there they could only accommodate 2 people had 3 on my reservation and the entire lobby smelt like skunk. I called Clarion back and after some debate they agreed to put me in a Comfort Inn.

The staff was very nice. Hotel shuttle was great. The room was scary, really scary. Dirty everywhere, toilet paper holder was falling off the wall, electrical sockets were hanging off the wall (bathroom). We were caught up in the Southwest issues and were exhausted or would have asked for my money back and slept in the car.

I liked the convenience of the location and the surrounding area. The room was clean, and the space was quiet and calm. I wish the shower had been a little bit more functional; the water pressure was not great and the water was warm enough to be tolerable, but not hot enough to relax after a long trip. The toilet flow was also pretty low, which made me nervous. I also wish breakfast was served for a longer period of time during the week. While on my short stay, I wanted to catch up on sleep, and I generally prefer to eat around 9:30-10 AM . Breakfast here is from 6 AM to 9 AM on weekdays. If checkout isn't until 11 AM, I don't see why breakfast has to end so early. Granted, it is included in the price, but it would have been nice to have a little more time to get downstairs to eat and not feel rushed to get to bed early just to make the morning meal.

Not a great experience.
My 91 year-old father fell ill and the manager of the hotel would not allow a refund on one of the rooms we booked. Granted we didn’t purchase the $8 insurance, but hotels.com and the clerk at the front desk both believed we would be given a reprieve. Well, we used both rooms…slept in all of the beds and used all of the towels and amenities. The 2 queen bedroom’s bathroom was very dirty looking, but the king size bedroom’s bathroom was cleaner. I did not feel comfortable going barefoot in either room. The king size was supposed to have a couch/sleeper in it, which it didn’t. The clerks were nice and the food was fair. It took 5 days to receive my deposit back, which hotels.com did not tell us to expect to pay additionally. Needless to say, we won’t book with hotels.com or this Clarion Hotel again. Oh! Check your coffee maker!

Everything was dirty. No breakfast 2 days. Diner was closed every night. Got a shock every time i turned on lights. Never got clean towel all week. Kept my deposit.

I only got two hours of sleep because the bed just wasn’t that comfortable if you weren’t aided by substances. The free breakfast was great.

I hope I never have to go back to this place, it was dirty and the smell was disgusting. I checked out 2 hours later after being there. I have been trying to get a refund but every time I call the manager is never there and I have been waiting for over a week and still no refund. I would not recommend this place at all. Expedia's customer service has been excellent and I appreciate that.

If you’re staying 1 or 2 days it’s fine . My room was nice and clean . A little outdated …needs remodeling but otherwise I didn’t have any problems or issues .
