Excellent location to area restaurants&shopping. Under renovation but still accessible. The hard beds,cheap pillows, and over head noise hampered our sleep. Needs new linens also.

Quick weekend trip home.

The staff was very accommodating. The room was nice. They are in remodeling stages. Only complaints about this hotel is the pillows are the worst. We had to ask for extra pillows to sleep. They did not come and clean our room on Saturday and restock the bathroom. On Sunday our room keys has been disabled because they didnt show us in the system for staying there Sunday night.

Noticed the toilet seat surface was worn thru? How does that happen? Did appreciate the directions to a nice Brew House for dinner, tho.

Good getaway weekend

Pros: The friendly staff and big rooms, convenient location
Cons: Elevator carpet
Location: Excellent location, only 5 minutes away from Wright Patterson Air force Base and the museum.
The staff was excellent, very military friendly which is awesome for me, the rooms are clean and very spacious, the only down side to the whole hotel is the carpet on the elevator, they should update that and it will be awesome.

Nice hotel, indoor pool definit plus

Pros: Very professional staff & made sure you had everything you needed
Cons: Renovations were being done so I'm sure that any notes I make are going to be addressed during the update
Location: It would of been nice to have places to eat a little closer or easier to get a shuttle back and forth to them. Taxi & urber too expensive
The front desk personnel were friendly. The housekeeping staff were exceptional. Gloria was superb in taking care of my room for the entire time I was there to attend a funeral.

Overall great! Hard bed.

The hotel staff, the cleanliness, the room, the spa and jaccuzi were all wonderful. The bed was as hard as sleeping on the floor. Sore backs in the morning for sure, but a bed topper would have made a world of difference! No softness at all. The room was beautiful however, we got a jaccuzi suite and it was just wonderful.
