Nice, clean and relaxing.

Pros: Quiet place, relaxed atmosphere, refrigerator in room, wall thermostat, comfy bed.
Cons: Hotel has a breakfast area where you can get a few basic dishes. If you are a meat eater you are all set. I am not so coffee and pastry had to do.
Location: Location is nice, safe. Close to the mall. Away from downtown Dayton. Highly recommend Whole Foods. Restaurants in the area are lousy (Midwest...)
Stayed there for business. Large and reasonably comfortable room. It is not a luxury place by any stretch but has pretty much what you need.

Very convenient to good restaurants and shopping. The rooms are comfortable and clean, the staff is very accommodating and the amenities are good.

Nice older hotel

It was clean & a good location. The king room is a strange set up with tv to the side of the bed. Difficult to to watch tv.

Pool and spa closed:(

It was very disappointing to arrive after a long day of driving and find out the pool and spa was closed for maintenance. The main reason we hose this hotel above others was so we could promise the kids a swim at the end of a long day The gentleman at the front desk did not offer any compensation only to cancel our reservation. The young lady in the restaurant was excellent - very friendly and helpful.

Shocked that the hotel did not offer complimentary coffee in front lobby. Room coffee pot/coffee is just not the same.

1 am and 6 am wakeup by fire alarm. Not even a sorry letter under door in the morning. No more courtyards for me.

Comfortable Bed and Great Staff

The Bed and Staff were the highlight, but the walls were thin in the room, and there was the faint odor of feet. Proximity to eating and shopping were a plus.
