When arriving at the hotel the parking lot and walkways were covered in garbage, old mattresses and had a horrible odor. Upon check in the clerk was wearing no shoes and her appearance we disgusting. We took the keys hoping the room would be acceptable but unfortunately we were greeted by drug addicts and prostitutes while entering our room. We closed the door and were greeted by a horrible stench of smoke, body odor and mold. We immediately left the room, went back to the front desk and ask for a refund. At which time the clerks family who was just hanging around outside, started harassing us about "being too good" to stay at the Days Inn. I have stayed at multiple Days Inn that were clean, friendly and provided a safe environment. This place was horrible, as a reputable site I would consider removing this establishment to avoid future encounters such as mine. This establishment should be shut down by the health department.
