when I checked in, I was asked to give them another 20 minutes or so to clean the room. okay. thought the parking lot was small and crowded first thing. room and beds were smaller than depicted on the website. while checking over the room, found the phone did not work, the shower knob had to be pulled upon forcefully to turn the water on. you had to bang on the knob to turn off the water. the microwave was unplugged at first. the air conditioner would either run full blast or cycle on and off, and the smell from it was not pleasant. random holes in the walls, truly awful paint job, and the baseboards were hit and miss. spider webs in the ceiling lights, missing light bulbs, and no stopper in the bathroom sink. no insulation in the ceiling, could hear every step in the room above mine. had to pee in the middle of the night, and the bathroom reeked of poo from the pipes. when using the shower the water smelled, along with the shower stall being flimsy and looked to have mold. refrigerator froze my food. the desk chair has seen better days. all in all, I should have noped out in the 15 minute inspection time. a box with windows is basically what you get at this place.

We had a very awful experience at this hotel. The conditions of the room were absolutely disgusting and if it was not so late and we weren't exhausted from our trip we would have tried to find other accommodations. We could not get out of there fast enough. The toilet seat was disgusting, there was mold in the shower, stains on the sheets and holes in the towels - to name a few things. I really hope you would reconsider having this hotel available on your app.

The saying goes "you get what you pay for" doesn't seem fitting, this time. Felt like we were in a "crack house"... Dirty washcloth and a pair of socks remain in the bathroom. Bugs crawling around sink and TV. Patched holes in the walls. Room as far away from the office/other guests, despite parking lot only having a few vehicles parked.

When i tried to charge my phone, I found that not one of the four outlets near the sink worked. The doors under the sink seemed to be half hanging on. There was obvious attempts at repairing woodwork and trim around the room. There was no hot water at the sink. The shower did not work at all. I could not even complain to the morning desk clerk, because he wasn't at the desk, he was in the lobby area, on the phone. On my way to my vehicle to escape this dump, I had to step around the dead mouse in the parking lot. Never again would I stay at a Day's inn.

Hotels needs lots of updating
The clerk who checked me in was very nice and efficient. The bed was very comfortable and I slept well. There were problems with the room. The curtains had a large tear or rip fixed with tape. The bathroom door top hinge was pulled out of the wall and you had to force the door closed, Paint was coming off the wall in the bathroom.

Terrible environment
We booked a king bed and when we got to the room it was two doubles. I asked to change and they said they were full and there was nothing they could do. When I booked, hotels.com said there were 5 king rooms available. That was very disappointing, and not what we wanted. I expected better with booking on this site. The room was in awful condition. Multiple cigarette burns on the comforter and stains on the sheets. The toilet didn’t flush and the air vent was open an exposed with the air vent cover sitting on the floor under the sink. There were also clumps of hair on the floor right beside the trash cans. The curtains were also broken and couldn’t be closed properly. The AC hadn’t been turned on. No washcloths were in the room. It was pretty horrible and I definitely would not stay again.

ATROCIOUS!!
This place was a dump!! It gives a bad name to Days Inn. I have stayed several times at Days Inn and this is nothing like other Days Inn have been. I DO NOT recommend this place. On positive note, the young man was considerate and willingly refunded my money.

Hotel or motel? Which is it
The stay was fine for the night. Just regular maintenance could and should be done. Water hits the floor from shower and the baseboards behind and around toilets appear molded or water damaged. The shower faucet dripped and basically ran all night. The t.v on the wall had to be a 20 something inch so that wasn’t suitable. The comforter had like red die spots all over it the sheets had burn holes as well. They were clean but you know. …. I like the fact of how ducked off it is and the customer service was amazing.

Absolutely the worst experience of my life. It was so filthy outside, with broken down vehicles, pot holes galore, and just litter EVERYWHERE. The non-smoking room reeked of cigarettes and weed. Inside, nothing was wiped down, the comforters had cigarette burns, and it was so nasty. I only lasted a few hours and didn't stay

The door keys had to be refitted three time. Old and outdated. The breakfast was basically non existent. For a Wyndam property I was not impressed at all.

The guy at the front desk was rude. The room was disgusting, top to bottom, left to right. I cannot find one single thing good to say about this place.

I can’t thank the owner enough for the kindness he showed my son. He was traveling home to Xmas during the terrible blizzard. I was able to book him a last minute room to rest for the night. They checked him in early and when he had vehicle problems in the morning. They allowed him to leave his car there for a couple days until he could get back after Xmas. Kindness to strangers gets 10 stars!!!! Thank you!!

The staff was excellent, very very friendly, however, I reserved a smoking room and when I arrived I was told there was no available smoking rooms so I was upgraded. The room was decent for the two day stay, but, the curtains were torn and after a certain time the front door to the hotel lobby was locked. The location was convenient because it’s right off the highway and there’s plenty of restaurants to choose from.

We were put first floor by stairs. Very loud stomping up and down all night. Loud talking. Every 45 minutes. Sounded like same people. Several Dogs in room next door barked each time and as they went out.Alot of loud banging in their room. Very noisy next to highway. Couldn't get a good sleep. Other areas may have been fine. It’s an older building and not updated. Vinyl flooring planks starting to pull up. Toilet ran all night and people up all hours of the night drinking and carrying on. Nice having parking right outside our door

Disliked: Cleanliness, property conditions & facilities, room comfort
Roaches, Torn curtains, Noisy refrigerator and AC unit, Only non smoking unit was on second floor, I'm handicapped, had to schlep luggage up the stairs. Tub was nasty, floor was very poorly done, trip hazard going into bathroom area.
