Hallway and room carpet were dirty. Stepped on a carpet tack. Carpet pulled away from strip covering carpet heading from the bed to the bathroom.

No handicap room on check in and I had called the morning of the 15th..we were moved the next day. Handicap bathroom not accessable at all. no walk in shower--the shower seat had to be put in by hand and then collapsed during my shower. the water pressure was very low the shower/water system needs written signs. More comments to come about the 5 hours of noise from above that we endured .
