Not good. First room had insect in bed. Changed room and floors. Bathroom shower barely had water pressure and no body soap. Breakfast in morning was average. Hotel front desk took CC number for incidentals but would not give me printed receipt upon checkout. Will not stay here again.

I am happy to see that we were able to change your rooms, but unhappy to see that the second room was not to your standards. When booking through a third-party we typically don't print receipts since you get those through the website you book through. I have verified your reservation folio to ensure that your incidental hold was properly released after checking out and no actual charge should be seen in your account. Positive Experience
I was surprised at the cleanliness and welcoming atmospere when we walked in. We were greeted by a friendly front desk staff. Our room was nice, clean, and comfortable. When we had a problem with other guests, the front desk responded quickly and effectively. The breakfast buffet is incredible. By far the best one I have seen at a hotel yet. I would definitely stay here again and reccomend anyone else to stay here as well.

Very friendly and welcoming staff. Property has been remodeled, but it feels rushed. Door was coming of hinges. Toilet had messy caulk around the bottom. Shower head was way misaligned. Sheets seemed older and faded.

Easy access from highway. Large parking area in back with easy access to lobby. Clerks at check in and at check out were friendly. It was busy and when we went for breakfast, several of the options were empty but were refilled in time for us to enjoy a good hot breakfast.

We stayed three nights in this hotel. Our room was comfortable. Overall the hotel was clean. The corners in our bathroom needed a good cleaning and one of the shower doors wouldn’t stay closed all the way. The breakfast was pretty good for free hotel breakfast and the staff was very kind. The lobby was nice and big. It was a great space to hang out with our friends who were also staying in the hotel. We will stay here again.

The gentleman at the front desk was very helpful when we checked in. But when we got to our room, there was a beer bottle cap on the floor and the toilet looked like it hadn't been cleaned for weeks.

As we proceeded to check in the girl at the front desk (Cindi) was training another guy. Neither one offered the little bag with water but when the person behind us checked in they were offered water and directions to where their room was located... not us..we had to ask why we weren't offered to same courteousies.. just horrible service..this we checked out early.. horrible front desk employees. The cleaning staff was so friendly

As to the offering of waters at check in, this is typically a benefit reserved for Hilton Honors Members that have reached the level of membership of silver or higher and that would most likely be why you were not offered any. I am sorry that you were offended by this interaction and that it caused you to decide to cut short your stay with us. I am pleased to hear that you found the housekeeping staff to be very friendly and helpful. I would urge you to join the membership loyalty program so you can work on earning these and other perks in the future.
