I was surprised to have no housekeeping at all for a five day stay. I understand not doing a full clean every day, but I expected my bed would be made and trash dumped at least once during my stay. I was also surprised at how tall the bed was. I am short, and it was hard to climb into bed! Otherwise, everything was nice and the staff was friendly.

Nice and quiet and comfortable - all that we needed. Close the La Comedia dinner theater that offers a great show and fantastic food - holiday tradition for us!

Solid hotel
This was a good no frills stay. The place was clean and quiet. The beds were comfortable. We had a minor issue with the coffee maker in the room and the staff fixed it right away.

Beds comfy just had to jump up to get in. Fridge froze things and ran all night. Shower head needed replaced. Staff very friendly and helpful!! Update is very nice.

Tv remote was incompatible with tv.Bathroom robe hook smashed closed from slamming into wall,wall repaired poorly from damage.outside of window was a screen from a window on upper floor. Ice machine,second was not working. Bath sink stopper would not hold water. Just generally an appearance of poor maintenance.

Overall, we had a good experience, however it took the front desk staff about 15 minutes to come to the desk at check in, and the first room that they gave us keys for was still dirty from the previous guest, and we had to take all of our things back to the lobby to be assigned another room.

Great Hotel
We have stayed here many times because it's so close to JD Legends for concerts. It's literally 3 minutes away. This hotel is very nice, always clean, the breakfast is amazing with lots of choices, and the inside pool is nice too. I would highly recommend staying here. There is also a McDonald's beside it and a Mexican restaurant across the street.

Enjoyed our stay in Ohio
As always,we enjoyed our stay at Holiday Inn Express. Staff, Room, and Breakfast were all great. One suggestion for improvement. Staff was mopping just outside the elevators during peak time of people going to breakfast and leaving the hotel. I believe this is asking for a slip and fall. No spills needing to be cleaned up, just routine daily cleaning.
