Excellent stay. Staff professional and friendly. Riom spacious clean and well kept. Water hot! Heaing unit worked. Bed extremely comfortable. Breakfast good. No idea about price since someone else paid for it but sure it was high like all hotels these days.

Other than the pool not being quite as clean as we would like, the hotel overall was very clean and wonderful. The hotel staff even opened up the breakfast area a tad early so our softball girls had time to carb-load before their 8am game. Really appreciated this gold star customer service!
Toilet was ridiculously low to the ground. Shower drain was plugged with hair. Numerous stains on the carpet floor. Was not worth the price to stay there.
we were in town due a wedding and this location was very convenient.

The staff was not adequately trained when the fire alarm went off at 10:45pm. No procedures were followed and no training was evident. They never left the desk and just started pushing buttons!!! No accountability that everyone was out of the building! Staff training is needed at this hotel!!
Enjoyed the stay! Staff friendly and the property was nice and clean.

Perfect place to crash after a long road trip! We appreciated the extra heads up from the hotel staff that they were going under some much needed renovations! This property was very accessible and well run, despite having a whole new lobby being built!

Was charged full amount even though we couldn't make it to stay. Call Expedia and Hotel and they said Pretty Much too bad nothing they can do. Robbery...i'll be doing a charge back on my card.
