The property had burned down a year ago yet Expedia rented it to me back in April. When I arrived, there were few hotels left unoccupied as it was Parent Weekend at University of Dayton. I had to drive around calling places for three and half hours.
The room was nice. I would have liked for the housekeeping to be better. Minimum cleaning was done and on the last day the housekeeper banged on the door until someone opened it. This was at 9a. Housekeeping was my main problem and everything else was fine.
I booked through Expedia instead of booking through Hilton,so I wasn't able to collect my points for being a rewards member.

The property while clean is in need of a remodeling. It is outdated and our room was showing some excessive wear and tear.. The staff was very friendly and they had a wonderful breakfast buffet.
Was upgraded to a room with a fireplace upon check in at the front desk by management. They include the fire log. Room had a full kitchen with plates and silverware. Was very pleased by staff and the room
2nd and the last time staying here. 1st stay was great! Staff was very pleasant, breakfast was amazing. The breakfast was great as usual and staff was pleasant this stay, but the noise was off the chain!! All night I heard running and racing above us. Then someone decided they wanted to play basketball all night until 11 pm. I got no sleep!! I could hear the shower running, toilet flushing and doors opening and closing all night and morning. I'm sad because I thought I found a new spot to stay and rest peacefully. My daughter attends college here so I'm in town often throughout the year.
Suites were great. Good breakfast options in the morning. Friendly staff

Toilet leaked and noise was obnoxious. Elevator broke and was not repaired in a timely manner.

We apologize in regards to the inconveniences that you had during your stay with the bathroom as well as the elevator outage. Our service provider for the elevator was unable to provide the part that we needed to have the elevator operational within the same day. It has now been fixed and is up and running.
It was a great place to stay while moving our son into UD. We would love to return Sept. 21, however you won’t let us book for 1 night, even though that’s what we did this past weekend. The room was very comfortable, the desk staff was friendly and the breakfast great. Thanks

Christie,
Thank you for acknowledging the team as well as the hotel. We would love to have you back in the near future. Unfortunately, for that particular September weekend, it is Air Force Marathon and the hotel currently requires a 2 night minimum. We hope too see you on a different occasion when you come to visit your son!
Soooo thankful for the unexpected free upgrade (from 1 bedroom to 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom suite). The room was clean and quiet. The staff were very pleasant. The breakfast was delicious. It was a perfect stay, very homey.
First, I've never been in a hotel before where I had to go outside to go from my room to the lobby. Next, There should be a door between the washroom area and the bedroom. Finally, getting up in the middle of the night, the light disturbs the sleeper, and the loud fan in the toilet area wakes the sleeper.
Liked the location near the Nutter center. Staff was very friendly.
Didn’t have hot water for 2 days and there was no communication regarding the situation and I had to ask for compensation. Customer service e poor regarding this.

Clean suite and courteous staff
The staff were all very courteous and helpful. We were disappointed the pool was outside, but discovered on arrival that indoor swimming was available right next door. Breakfast was a full buffet. Clean towels were graciously added without our needing to ask. Very happy with our stay.
The room was clean and nice. A full kitchen, even though we didn't stay long enough to use it, it would have been perfect if we had stayed longer.
The beds were comfortable, the staff were very friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was great. We would stay here again for sure.
