This hotel was disgusting the front door glass was filthy. The customer service was bad. Phone in room didn't work. the heat was not working. The walls were filthy , elevator was disgusting. This hotel should be rated maybe a 2. It didn't look like it had been cleaned for a long time.

My entire experience was horrible... *staff *nasty facility *my son had to clean bugs out of the pool *so called 'hot breakfast' it made me so sick i could not get out of bed for almost 2 days.
