I found bed bugs and wanted to refund my 2nd night since we only stayed one night and they didn't return my money

They had bed bugs and when I tried to get my room after having it for 2 days and I was about a half hour late the guy told me to go get another room

Needs to be properly cleaned both rooms we were moved two were bad one had mold in the bathroom and the other had thick spider webs in the corners on the ceiling and wall

Clean and attentive staff, truck packing has plenty of space and its safe (dont have to worry about ppl messing with your truck)

Michelle checked us in with kindness and care. I had reserved the wrong days and she was able to correct it. I was having issues with signing in she was able to get us to the correct the the issue. Michelle is an excellent employee.

Room very clean and spacious. Bathroom small. Only 3 small pillows for king bed making sleeping not the best. No kleenex. Otherwise love the remodeled room. No coffee pot in room.

This place has some iffy reviews, but it's since been re modeled. It is clean, friendly, good service and the ULTIMATE in pet friendly both in accepting pets and the rooms being set up for staying clean and comfortable with pets in the room. I WILL be back.

Just the basics, no frills. The room was clean and the water was hot. Bed was comfortable but the pillows were super flat. No microwave, coffee maker, tissues, shampoo, hair dryer. No breakfast but there was coffee.

This is a very good hotel for the price. Clean comfortable rooms and a friendly helpful staff. The property around the hotel needs work, paving etc and the entrance from Leffell st isn't well marked.

I had to find a different motel. Very unsafe area. Bedbugs were visible. And smelled moldy! I lost out on $67....

It wasn't 5 five-star hotel but then I didn't pay 5 star price either. Loved this place as it was spotlessly clean with friendly front desk staff. It was also very quiet and everything was just perfect. No complaints and would stay again!

They are still under construction, had a huge hole in bath room ceiling, hallway missing a lot of ceiling tiles and smelled musty , and the staff wasn't very friendly or helpful, and nothing was like the review when booking will not stay there again. In fact had to stay another night and went across the street to a different hotel
