One night in Middletown/Franklin OH

Pros: Currently being remodeled, no disturbance with noise. Good nights sleep.
Great stay for the money! My problem was getting to the property. When you turn left from the main road stay in left lane turn into what looks like the Cracker Barrel parking lot. Make an immediate left, just a little confusing, in front of the Cracker Barrel. That street will take you to the property. Easy in and out once you find it.

Good value

This hotel is s good value overall. I stay here every year for the Western and Southern tennis tournament. It is clean with spacious rooms and a decent breakfast.

Cheap hotel...just okay.

This is your typical hotel. Booked with the intention of only sleeping there. Served its purpose. Not super clean...traces of mold in the bathroom.

We were pleased but upon arriving were told new carpet was being put down and it was late in the night being done. It would have been nice to be told this before our stay that remodeling was going on. Other than this the place is always nice for our stays.

The fist day my room didn't get clean or bed made, they made it the second day, everything you need is there laundry facilities which was awesome I didn't have to run all over to find a place to wash my clothes I love this place and will stay there again when I come back

Came in late. Left early. Good place to sleep. The waffle batter was watered down.

My room was nice and clean. Saw a mattress truck delivering new mattresses and workers there. Front desk was helpful with nearby restaurants. I would stay here again.

Nice Hotel

Pros: It's one exit down from Traders World. Also includes a hot breakfast that was very good!
Our room was very nice and newly remodeled, bathroom is large, we would definitely stay there again!

Rude staff

We got yelled at two days in a row in the breakfast area. The first day we went down to the breakfast area around 9:40 (the breakfast is supposed to end at 9:30). The lady was just coming out to clean up and she yelled at us and said "breakfast ends at 9:30. You are lucky I had to go to the store or none of this would still be out. I'll be nice and still let you get some this time." I was like "Okay, so you are yelling at us for taking food when it is still out? That makes sense.." and the second day we went down at 9:15 knowing we still had 15 minutes. We get down there and everything is already cleaned up and there was a line. The person in front of us asked when the new food would be put out because they had been waiting for a while and the lady said "There is no point in putting any more food out since the breakfast ends in 15 minutes." So no one got fed. Very disappointed with the hotel staff. Another employee walked by at one point and said "y'all straight?" Whatever that means...

Air conditioner and tv unplugged outlets without covers and loose in housings bath fan not working did have a nice outside pool and workout room
