Very clean, well maintained, and comfortable room for a good night's sleep. Also not far from Air Force Museum. Only negative of entire stay was older women helping at breakfast. Telling a guest "If you don't like it, McDonald's is right down the street." Personally, my kids and i thought it was a good breakfast with both hot and cold options.

Comfortable stay. Bummed we got there too late to try the pool. Shower had good pressure and temps. The lady serving breakfast was really friendly and welcoming. Would stay again.

Paid $100 for one night absolutely TERRIBLE. I reserved a handicap room not handicap accessible we had NO heat on 75 blowing out ice cold air turned it off still continued to blow cold air. There were NO blankets on the beds just a bunch of sheets. Staff was NOT helpful at all spoke to the manager she did absolutely NOTHING. Do NOT recommend

Sorry you feel this way. There was nothing wrong with the heat other than it was turned off. These units, if you turn them off, they do not blow air at all. Sorry you were not happy with your stay.

Staff was great and friendly. The breakfast was great and the breakfast attendant went above and beyond. Rooms are a little dated but well worth the cost.

The property was Excellent, the staff was excellent and very friendly. The rooms were very clean and spacious and the breakfast was also good. We would definitely recommend this hotel if you are looking for one.

Ehh.
House keeping came and took tags without being asked to clothes I just bought and didn’t fit so I couldn’t return them. Rarely was there anyone at the front seat to discuss issues with. Just not our favorite by any means.

Thank you for your review. Housekeeping cleans all rooms on a daily basis unless you have a Do Not Disturb sign on your door. We do apologize that your tags were throw away but they assumed they were trash, and as far as no one at the front desk. We have coverage 24 hours a day. They may have been helping another guest at the time. Again, we apologize. Have a wonderful day and a safe holiday season.

This is our second stay at this hotel. It’s a clean and modern hotel at a very reasonable price. Staff are friendly and helpful even checking with us at breakfast to see if we needed anything. I’m not sure what the option for $12 parking is on the reservation form because it’s just an open parking lot. Since I knew we hadn’t had a charge when we stayed here in July I didn’t select it and there was no charge to park.

Very happy with the hotel , we were welcome by very nice staff, friendly and eager to help with all the questions we had. The only improvement I will suggest is to get the rooms cleaner, the room was very dusty . I’m allergic to dust so it was very difficult for me to be in there Overall we are very happy with the hotel
