Very old property. The room was clean but the beds had troughs in them from being really old. Guests were super load at 7AM outside the door. Great location!!! Close to town and the beach is across the street with great access.

I liked the property -- very laid back, beachy and dated. However, my room didn't not have Wi-Fi as advertised and I could not figure out how to use Spectrum TV. Slow running sinks. GREAT VIEW>

Granted it's the beach; the price for this place is not worth it. I can't recommend this property due to age and odor. Spend the extra $$$ for a better smelling place that is not so worn out.

Small, Cafe next door closed, coffee pot broken and dirty, water in shower just trickled, lotion in bathroom was multiple use (who knows who had been using it), no shampoo/conditioner, dingy room, lumpy beds, vending machine old and broken, horrible place... left a day early

Such a cute hotel. The rooms are rustic and cozy with fresh paint. Quiet at night and safe. Stayed in 16 and could see the ocean from bed. Easy walk across the street to beach, which was not over crowded at all even though it’s spring break. Parking was tight but no complaints. The front desk was very helpful with anything we needed. Would stay again.

The property had a definite seventies vibe with its' room colors and furnishings, as well as a brightly colored exterior. I stayed there to and from my destination and saw two different interiors. Both were very well done. It seems as if this facility caters to travelers who spend more than just one night and beach chairs, boogie boards, etc. were there for the use of guests. A refrigerator was supplied and in-room coffeemaker, but no community breakfast area was available. No blanket on the bed, but after requesting one, I was given an adequate extra. Very friendly, I would stay there again, but next time, I will bring my hair dryer (none provided).

The property is exactly as advertised. Nothing fancy, but feels homey, and it’s right on the beach. Very clean, comfortable enough. Friendly staff. Paper thin walls, loud mini fridge and loud AC. Convenient location for us when visiting family. Would stay again.

All in all we liked it, I mean, it is a budget motel so I can’t say much bad about the place. The whole building could use some tlc but the people were very nice and friendly. They offered coffee and snacks in the office. The primo oceanfront room was cutely decorated, inside was clean. The water was not drinkable though, very chlorinated. The bed and pillows were fine. The neon light through the shades and thin walls (not much they can do about that) were not great but everything worked. We would return.

The staff went out of their way. Was my husbands birthday and they had a birthday sign on door, a sweet card signed and a lottery ticket. That means a lot. Will definitely be back.

Enjoyable experience
The motel is older, but i think thats part of its appeal. There is a very laid-back and friendly air about it and the location is excellent. There are many restaurants and shops less than a mile away and the beach right across the road. The room was clean and cool. The decor was cute and had a very personal touch, instead of the dull commercial hotel look. It seemed more like a small studio apartment than a hotel room, with the kitchenette. The price was also reasonable. I honestly really enjoyed my stay and would gladly stay again.
