The sheets were smelling badly like male body odor. This has been my experience for the past 3 Courtyard Marriott stays. Unless the property is New I can no longer stay at Courtyard Marriott s. This forces me to go to another Brand. I have been a Loyal member for over 20 yrs and only 1 free night. So bye Marriott!😋

The staff was excellent especially from the front desk and at the restaurant. The only suggestion I have is to be more flexible in regards to the available food menu. I was in Dayton Beach for a funeral. Even though the reason for being in Florida was sad the kindness and expertise of the staff made my stay a good one.

Some staff was welcoming, professional and accommodating. That was on 8/19 8/20. However, the rest of the staff were not as welcoming and friendly. No acknowledgment to welcoming guests as the entered. My room was left with long hairs in the floor, inside the shower walls and in the sink. I reported it to the desk because I am aware that it is necessary for you to know the condition of a room that is "supposed" to be clean and ready for your next guest. This was on 8/20 when I reported and your kind attendant offered to have my room cleaned. I declined and told her that I had already picked up but wanted your management to know what your were dealing with. I'm certain this is not acceptable.

Weekend getaway
We had a weekend getaway for my husbands bday. We had a blast. They front desk clerk gave us a great room when she learned why we were there over looking the pool. She made him a little goodie bag and even sent him a birthday card. Thank you.

My Expedia charge was doubled from $131 advertised cost before tax. Ended up being charged $268.89. The One Key Rewards Virtual Customer Support is useless. I have been a Horels.com and Expedia customer for years and feel betrayed and robbed without help. I have an experience travel coming up and don’t feel comfortable about using Hotels.com or Expedia. My One Key Rewards were worthless as the double the charge. They continue to advertise at the lower cost. What a bait and switch. I will report to consumer affairs.

Pretty pool area. Airport shuttle was quick, clean and convenient. Checkin was smooth. Groundskeeping activities directly outside our window started pretty early and woke me.

The staff was super nice but the room wasn’t as expected in the pictures showed online. We had ants in our room and crawling into our luggage. The cleaning staff came to our room to clean and they left garbage all over our room. The pull our couch my daughter slept on was extremely uncomfortable

Location was very good. Lounge was nice and well appointed. Room was not very clean - bathroom a bit dirty. No blanket for pull out couch, which also had some stains on it. Definitely not worth the price we paid ($300 a night).

The room was great! Very Clean, the premises were clean. I was very disappointed at the breakfast options. no complimentary anything, there was a small cash breakfast place with ridiculous prices. a purchased a small muffin and a small fruit cup the cost was $14.00 Unfortunately due to this I will be looking at other options when I return to the area.

I enjoyed my 2 night stay at this hotel, their courtyard was a well maintained pleasant environment that inspired relaxation. Their bedsheets have a fresh smell that lets one know that he is staying at a first rate hotel. My only concern is that there was no water in the room refrigerator.
