Pleasantly surprised that we liked this facility considering that the hotel is older and could use some updating. I don't feel as though what we paid is commensurate with the lack of updated facility. I'm also not accustomed to paying over $100 a night for a hotel and there being no breakfast options. However there were several good things about it and we would stay again. The location is at the far end of Daytona which is nice because it's away from the busiest parts of town. It was very quiet at night which I appreciate. Direct access to the beach going through the pool area. Nice big room. It could stand to have a little bit more detailed cleaning. However having a balcony right overlooking the ocean was awesome. We will definitely stay again and hopefully there will be some improvements as I've seen from previous responses to other reviews that there are some updates in progress.

Hot tub was out of order. Room was directly across from laundry and they kept door open all night was loud. Check in was 3, we got there and room was not ready. Had to wait 30minutes.

I am sorry you had to wait for your room. That is not the norm for us and I apologize to you. Waiting on our permit has delayed the hot tub but I think we are close to getting it. I really enjoyed the walk out to the pool and walk a little farther out and you're on the beach. Close to excellent restaurants like aunt catfish and red lobster.

Great location, comfortable beds and parking was good. We felt very welcome and had everything we needed. We used the laundry facilities as well. The pool was nice and the location was fantastic. My husband and son used the shuffle board and really enjoyed that. We were on the first floor and they kept the hallways very clean even with the pool traffic. Very impressed by that! We would definitely stay here again! Thanks for the great stay!

Their parking situation needs to be addressed if you have a total amount of people staying in a room and reserve ahead of time appropriately for parking but when we arrive you cannot uphold that order we discussed? Uncalled for and you never tow random people that park there. Fix your internal problems and you’d be an okay place to stay in budget hotels

We have one parking space per room and have an overflow lot if we have to move any guests with multiple vehicles. Our tow company passes thru our lot almost every night and will tow any car without a permit. I am sorry I don't know exacly what happened with you but I apologize for any inconvenience. Not a glitzy, high-end resort but clean, safe, comfortable with excellent ocean-front views and easy beach access. Plus excellent service from Eddie at the front desk, a great cleaning crew and free-delivery from Genovese's Italian restaurant. Perfect.

I paid $321 for one night stay and had to park across the street because there was no parking for me and half of the vehicles in the parking lot didn’t have the parking pass and when I tried to speak to the desk lady she wouldn’t even come out and talk to me she just stayed in the back room.
