Easy check in and check out. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful. Nice pool area and easy beach access. We loved our room we had amazing ocean views. Bed was comfortable. We will definitely be back again.

Great simple inn with a large mini fridge and microwave. The rainshower is definitely a plus and a great addition. Couches in the room are older and not the cleanest, they should just throw them out instead of have them, less is more when it comes to that. But it is perfect for a little cheap stay by the beach. The linens and beds are clean. And the room has updated flooring. The air conditioners work very well too! We will definitely be back when we come for the weekend to town!

Pictures on website are deceiving, not at all as pictured. Doorframe rusted and rotted, it's a wonder the door stayed closed. You could see out through the gap! And smoke from people standing outside to smoke came in through the door. Smoke was not just cigarette smoke. Furniture old and stained, rusted. Internet did not work. The bathroom had been updated, large walk-in shower, new sink, but workmanship was shoddy, plumbing under sink cobbled together, I have a picture to prove it, as well as pictures of everything else I mentioned.

Our doorknob to our door barely worked, once inside when I locked the door it got stuck and took me forever to get it back unlocked, causing my Uber to wait and charge me more. The front desk was awfully rude and nosy. I’ve never been questioned by a hotel the way I was this time. The parking lot was terrible as well.

Housekeeping should wipe down a lot of areas in room and also dust like even the trash can in the room should be wiped. If you like to clean show it this hotel is very nice I really enjoyed my stay. The rooms just needs housekeeper that like to clean .

Would give it zero stars for cleanliness if I could. Roaches in the closet during the day. Filthy. Nice pool and right on the beach, otherwise yuck. We didn’t stay the night because it was so gross.

Great place for a great price. You're literally on the beach when you stay here. The hotel is older hut definitely cozy, our room had a king and a queen plus full fridge and a two range stove. I stayed with my wife and two of our kids. We will definitely be staying again.

This is our 2nd spring break staying. We love the location, right on the beach. Quiet area, yet close enough to the hustle and bustle of Daytona. Staff is very friendly and attentive. Arya Blu is our go to for staying at the beach. We are already planning our next venture!

This is a great hotel right on the water. I could see how parking could be an issue if it was summer and the hotel is at full occupancy. Maybe they have a plan for that. The room was clean and the staff was very pleasant.

Room was not the one I chose. From their own options and photos. The wanted to up charge for the view I had already paid for. The room was not to my liking. Too dark for a beach hotel. Parking spaces under roof, between columns is dangerous. Parking to tight all around. And parking behind mine, too tight for the other as well. Difficult to enter and exit. I checked out the next day. Their first reaction was to no refund the following days, until I told them I would comunícate with Hotels.com.

Stay Away! Bait & switched-View not as advertised!
I had promised my young 3yr old child - who was hospitalized for over 3months - a few days vacation on the oceanfront to see and hear the waves from the balcony. Through Hotels.com I selected and paid for a room that clearly said 'Oceanfront'. When we showed up they offered us a room directly over the office on the second floor. Clearly not an 'Oceanfront' view. The property is shaped like a 'U' and their office is at the bottom of the 'U' and about 200-300 meters away from the oceanfront and the two other ends of their hotel. Between my room and the oceanfront was a massive parking lot. You could barely see the ocean, let alone hear it. I asked to be place on one of the ends of the property that actually faced the water and was closer, but was told it will cost me an additional $30 more per night, a total of $190 more for a real oceanfront stay! This unplanned expense I couldn't afford. So I explained the problem to Hotels.com and request a refund so I could quick rebook an actual "Oceanfront". But sadly my son's vacation time was cut short because this property kept the first night of our funds. I'm angry for this fraud they can get away with so easily when the list their business on Hotels.com, & secondly they cheated us out of 1 more night we had intended to stay at the lovely Oceanfront hotel where rebooked. We had to checkout on Xmas day, bcuz the cheated us a day with that baith and switch scam. Looks like it something the do often.

Decent Hotel For the Price
Overall the hotel was decent. If you are staying for a night sure that's it. When they say free breakfast, there's noting but coffee. My room had paint chipped off the walls. Smushed bugs on the bathroom walls. The hot water did not even get until five minutes in. Yes, I did time it. My door of the room was not on properly since there were a couple of times I had issues using the card. I get it it was the slow season but still If you have some extra cash flowing fix up the property.
