Better than I expected

Very nice place, just grumpy employees

Overall the place was nice. I would stay there again. I will suggest that the employees should be reminded that guest services are important. Most of the workers there were not polite.

Close to the beach

Pros: Location to the beach
Cons: Cleanliness of the rooms. Place needs to have a professional cleaner come in along with an exterminator.
We wanted to stay at a hotel on the beach and thought this would be a good choice. Check-in was easy but when we got to our room we found a cockroach running across the cabinet, we found a couple other dead bugs on the floor along with paper on the floor. It looked like the carpet under the bed was not cleaned for months and you did not want to walk across the carpet without something on your feet. The view as very nice and they had easy access to the beach so that part was good.

Nice hotel on the beach

Thats breakfast?

Pros: The paintings in front of the elevators were really quite nice. The bed was comfy. Nice view of the beach but no balcony.
Cons: Breakfast for sure, and they could re open the bar and restaurant. That would be a lot less expensive than adding balconies.
Location: It was raining while I was there so I did not really do anything other than eat and sleep and leave.
No half and half for coffee in the morning, No real butter, I don't like whipped oil on my toast. Toast, cold cereal, no fruit other than sliced up oranges, Guess they don't want people to just take a whole one....

The hotel is very outdated. I had a cockroach in the bathroom. There was a terrible smell in the hotel.

Big room but smelly in the hallways, dark parking

Hotel was not what the pictures looked like. Going thru renovations, room was dirty and lobby. Bar was closed

Needs a little updating

When we checked in we found a roach . On day 2 hot water was Barley warm. Day 3 one of the elevators stopped working imagine a 9 story hotel with one elevator 15 min wait.just started taking the stairs. Rooms need updating. Staff was nice and tried hard. .
