Nice hotel for price

Location: Close to Main street but far enough to be peaceful and quiet.
Hotel was comfortable. Right on the beach. Very clean. Staff was nice. Enjoyed my stay.

Hotel outdated,Dirty rooms, And don't waste your time going down stairs for breakfast not even worth the walk! Hotel has potential to be a really hotel.But needs major remodel.

The description said breakfast was included... cereal and frozen waffles isn't what we'd call breakfast. When we pay 100+ per night, we expect an actual breakfast.

Good view, Sub-par hotel

The building is fairly old, but the hotel itself is not bad looking. What really degrades the quality of the stay is the hotel staff. They are generally unfriendly, just trying to get by, and inattentive to the guest's needs. In the lobby i heard comments such as "I can't wait to get home" from the employees talking to each other. We stayed on the 6th floor and the room was ok. Be warned: Oceanside view does not mean you get a view directly of the beach. Even if the corner of the room window catches the beach it will be listed as "Oceanside view." If you want a direct view of the beach you need to look for "OceanFront" room, but expedia did not specify this, so we were surprised when our oceanview room was facing the street. The floor where we were staying reeked of what seemed to be sewer water and it didn't seem to bother any of the employees. The breakfast was also disappointing: A couple toasters and coffee is basically what you will get out of it. The orange and Apple juice were very watered down and undrinkable. The beach there is beautiful and is literally right out the back door. If you're willing to look beyond the bad service and amenities, horrid karaoke and bar next to the pool, then it might be worth your while. For me service, quality and details matter.

Great location, nice pool

Nice room with ocean view. Great pool, plenty of chairs. Beach access just steps away. Nice parking garage, very convenient. Refrigerator, microwave, flat screen tv. Bed was acceptable. Breakfast needs improvement, but IHOP and Dennys are very close. Overall I would say a nice hotel for a weekend getaway.

Pros: I liked the atmosphere and the area where is located. You are close to stores, restaurants and everything.
Cons: Your front desk staff should be knowledgeable about the everyday weather and more welcoming attitude. The bar should be open at night and tiki bar.
Location: The location is excellent and there is a lot of things to do during the day. There places to shop, things to do, restaurants, stores, ocean, pool, etc
It was a very nice stay after all even though they were a few things that were lacking. I liked the pool and the ocean and workout room, it was nice area and atmosphere and I slept and rested well. The front desk staff had an attitude when asked what was the weather for the day, stating I don't know look it up. They were not well informed and courteous.The bar was not open during the day or night to have a drink. No restaurant or food sold inside the restaurant but candy machines. They give you a menu to order out. I was told the tiki bar was suppose to open at 12:30 PM and opened at 2:00 PM after being told it would open at 12:30 PM. I could not wait until that time to eat lunch. The room was not swept and vacuumed everyday. The Continental Breakfast in the morning was more for kids than adults, coffee and toast for adults and cereal for children, not much to choose from. Overall somethings were lacking but I had a pleasant stay and enjoyed the ocean and the pool. Thank you.

Absolutely grotesque

"Love stains" on bed sheets. Sticky knobs to drawers. Forgot to run the sweeper in the room. Connecting door to the other room had clearly been kicked in, little unsettling. Closet w/ safe had a door leading to the hallway. Incredibly nice bathroom though!
