Still under construction after Hurricane Matthew.

Nice location. The hotel is outdated. Needs a lot of repairs.

Amanda’s the best!

Came into town a day early and Amanda helped us out from the moment we walked in the hotel to the moment we left. Extremely accommodating and helpful. The 3 fat guys from Jersey will be back...

Disappointed

We have stayed here numerous times but this will be the last. The condition and service had really gone down hill! We stayed for 6 nights and when we checked in our room was not available so they put us in an ocean view room for one night! So we had to move all our stuff the next day. Then the room we got was supposedly “newly refinished “ what a joke ! Plus the key to the room was an actual Key!! And there was only one so the next day we had to get some to go and make another key because that was the only one! This hotel has been under construction for a few years now but I don’t see much improvement and I think most of the “guest “ are actual residents or workers.

Hello Jean: We are so sorry that you had so many problems at the hotel. I am looking into your room concerns and will get with the hotel manager. You are right that we have had construction going on as we were hit with 2 hurricanes and just seem to get one thing done and another arises. We will have the construction trailers out very soon but still have a long way to go. Please come back.

2017 Biketober Fest

The staff was great! The location was great! BUT... the place needs A LOT of work! It looks like they maybe getting ready to begin renovations which is great news. Furniture outdated... sheets did not look clean... appliances did not work properly... tub was old and stained. This motel is definitely “you get what you pay for”

Daytona Inn

Been straying here for over 20 years, Great location and service, Hotel is dated as it is an “older” structure and they’re had a bad storm season to date. AC didn’t work so well, But..... I REALLY like the location so no biggie, I’ll be back in a few months!

Great Stay!

We got there early in the morning around 10:00 a.m. and they gave us a parking pass to park in the parking lot after confirming our reservation. They even let us use the pool/facilities while we waited for check in time! The location was awesome, close to everything! We didn't have any issues with the neighborhood, thought if felt touristy, not trashy. The lady/staff at the front desk was awesome and we got to select from two different style rooms too! We know they are under renovation so we dismissed the cosmetic issues they had outside the building. Our room was clean and updated, the pool was relaxing and clean. We loved, loved, loved our stay there! We will be back again hopefully soon!

Doors would not lock. Closet door broke. Parking lot scary. Seemed to be hangout for locals. Not family friendly. Overall run down and dirty! But view from back looking at beach beautiful! Hope to not stay again!!!! We like first floor rooms so I guess it wad a trade off to have that.

Unfortunately, I could not sleep in the bed

Pros: View of the beach from the balcony, parking was included, unit had good kitchenette
Cons: Manager that responds to customers request. Check rooms for working door locks and beds.
Location: beach, shopping, restaurants,
Had another ocean-view room been available, I would have moved rooms, but it was not, so I patiently waited as the door lock was replaced and TV remote replaced on my 1st night. Sadly, late in the night, I discovered the bed was broken so I had to sleep on the couch. I reported this before leaving for the day, but it was NOT fixed. The evening front desk person was kind enough to TRY to fix it, but was unable... so I was stuck with the couch again since I valued the oceanfront that made me select this location. Luckily, I had only booked for 2 nights. Unfortunately, I booked this through Orbitz, so the hotel would not issue a partial refund and the manager NEVER RETURNED MY CALLS. I would say that Spring Break college students may LOVE this place based on the location. And, families looking for a no-frills hotel close to the beach would be fine. However, PLEASE be sure to lay on the beds to make sure the previous customers did not break it.

The checkin people were very nice. The hotel is old & needs cleaning up n renovation. The phone in room did not work. Internet/wify did not work. Not much to watch on TV.
