Nice hotel

This hotel is pretty comfortable for the price that you are paying. Only negatives were the breakfast was not good, such as giving you Tang for orange juice. And you have to call the front desk to get an iron.

Very Nice Stay

Pros: They had towels to dry off after going to the beach and easy access to the beach.
Cons: Nothing much.
Location: Lots of shopping and good restaurants close by.
Hotel was clean and comfortable. Right on the beach with amazing views. Staff was always nice and helpful. Breakfast was so-so with just dry cereal and pastries but with a fridge and microwave in our room it was easy to fix a hot breakfast ourselves. No complaints!

Was not allowed to just change a date. Done. There is, unfort, nothing more to ado about this place except that I wI'll book some where else for the correct date needed.

Cons: Need muffins every day.
Employees are always very nice and helpful. One time that had some ants and it was taken care of right away.

Not the best hotel

Check in was easy everyone was nice but the heated pool wasn't so we couldn't use it. They turned the hot tub on early for us which was nice. Over all our stay was nice.

Very nice hotel. Reasonably priced. Clean, and the staff is terrific. Would recommend.

No Smoking EVEN on the BALCONY!!!

Cons: Smoking on Balcony
Worst Hotel to stay oceanfront if your a smoker. You cant smoke on balcony and enjoy the beachfront accommodations in that manner. They complained of smelling smoke when balcony door stayed closed the entire time since my wife is allergic. They saw me on balcony and made a reason to come tell me that smoking wasnt allowed on balcony.

Check in a pain

Pros: Room was ok
Cons: They need more control of bag carts. Poor attitude of desk clerk
Check In was a bad experience. No luggage carts and front desk clerk asked us to move from front so we had to carry all our bags from the far end of the parking lot. She said we shouldn't be upset with the hotel since it wasn't their fault there were no carts and no help. Coffee pot in the room had a molded coffee filter in it from previous guest. Not a good start.

Trailers not allowed

I booked this hotel on a business trip. I carry product around in a trailer and try to always book hotels that have parking lots. This hotel did not state the trailers are not allowed in their parking lots due to city ordinance. I had to go to another hotel and pay for another room since this one was non-refundable. Expedia ask the manager to waive the fee for the non-refundable night and they refused even though there was no way for me to know that I would not be able to stay when I booked this reservation. I can't state whether the rooms were nice or not because I never made it that far into the hotel
