More attention shall be paid by management

Cons: Replacing the carpet
Management shall pay more attention to the cleanness and ventilation of this place. The entrance was dirty all the time. Its so obvious that is impossible to miss. They need to invest time and effort on that rather than answering/apologizing to every single customer on here.

Comfort and cleanliness at a very costly price.

Great comfortable room, and very clean hotel in all areas. The only negative aspect is the cost per night; $115.00/night was excessive, but it is obvious to see that the price was inflated due to Hurricane Irma, and people's immediate need for lodging.

Good value for the price

Convenient location. The staff was really nice and the rooms were big. The only thing I would say is that they need to clean better. There was hair in all the drawers including the kitchen drawers which was nasty so we didn't use them but other than that it was nice place for the money.

Smokingg hotel not good

There were to many construction workers at this hotel who use illegal drugs, and when reported to the hotel they did nothing about it. Would not recommend especially if you have kids.

Not a great entrance into the hotel,

Pros: No words.
Cons: All new upgrades and improvements.
Location: The location is great, the mall and all the places to eat.
Very bad, from the front door to our room. The room smelled like smoke

Don't stay here if don't have too

The place smell bad. Oatmeal package and coffee is not a continental breakfast. Service at night check in poor. Good thing we only stay one night and that was checking in at 11pm and out at 8am.

Horrible service! Bed bug infested rooms with the smell of weed in the hallways. Code enforcement should be called. Staff is unprofessional and rude. Not trained to handle any situation.
