Nice room. Nice view. Clean. We had a kitchenette but the Coffee maker was mising. One was requested and never showed up.

This was our second time staying at this property and we would definitely come again. The grounds are beautiful…according to my husband the golf course is great. The service is excellent as was the food at the Atlantic Grill. Plenty of seating around the pool!

I went to the pool with my daughter wearing oxygen and there were no beach chairs available. We didn’t know and weren’t told until we were in. We weren’t told you had to reserve. Going to the small pool by the lodge was great and empty

The resort is beautiful, but not very handicap accessible. The lobby staff is not very helpful and somewhat rude. In addition, make sure to check your bill throughly at checkout. I was charged for things I did not purchase.

directions on parking in garage were terrible. There was work going on in part of parking garage and no signs really showing where you could park. I parked in the back lot near golf course not knowing if I would be towed away there or not. Could have better directions on getting to P1 level and to pool area from there. Fantastic pool complex area... grand kids loved it and the ADULTS TOO!!!!

The property looks beautiful on the outside, and the majority of the inside areas are beautiful as well, however, it is almost due for a complete update and it shows. The lobby is nice, as are the restaurants, but even the rooms that have been recently redecorated are a tad dated (early 2000s styles with a lot of scuff marks) though still nice… I wasn’t disappointed! The bathrooms in particular are spacious and lovely. The exterior areas (hallways to rooms, which are external, elevators, and walkways to the pool/beach are in need of a power wash and paint). The pool area is nice and great for kids, though the workers were hit or miss with friendliness and they could use a few more chairs. They charge for beach chairs (pool chairs are free) which I think is uncalled for as the rooms are already expensive. The food is expensive, but most of it is decent. The cafe’s oven wasn’t working while we were there some of the days which was a bummer as the only other breakfast option is Atlantic Grille… which I did enjoy, but it is pricey and the menu/service could use an update for lunch and dinner. Overall, the resort is pretty, the rooms are solid, and the beach and pools are lovely. If you’re looking for a one stop shop resort for a beach vaca, this is a good option, especially if you have kids. There were a lot of kid activities through the week!

Upon arrival I was charged with a $522 dollar security deposit that I was told I would be reimbursed with by 4 o’clock the day I checked out. It is well beyond that and I still have not seen that money come back into my account. The resort was nice, everything was super expensive but if you have extra money to spend then it would be a good place to go!

All employees were excellent and deserve double whatever they get paid plus 2 weeks paid vacation, better health benefits, plus shift meals. Menu at Atlantic Grill was great and I really enjoyed the ocean side dining. On the negative side was the walkway leading up to the front entrance of the Lodge as well as the bathrooms in the rooms were not handicap acceptable. How about some hand rails out front and in the bathrooms? I know my family was affected by the lack of hand rails and is always a factor when deciding where to stay.

Our stay at the beachfront Lodge in January was delightful. The cozy room had a balcony with a breathtaking ocean view. The resort had an indoor pool and spa, which we truly enjoyed. We also had fun playing mini golf on-site. The Italian restaurant, Delfinos, was incredible. Overall, our experience at the resort was fantastic, leaving us with unforgettable memories.

Stunning views, well maintained facilities and plenty to do. Dining options are good but helps if you have pre- booked . Check in process was a bit long and not sure why! Absolutely cannot fault the 4 bed condo - it was spacious and well appointed - we would happily stayed longer!

Horrible hotel smells bad, rooms are old and expensive to be this bad customer services sucks . We booked check in and left that same day to another place because of how terrible this place is. Italian Restaurant food is good but expensive.

the villa we stayed in, 1213, was missing half of the kitchen supplies, there was alot of dirt marks on the walls and it smelled like dog (we do not have a dog)

We enjoyed our 4 day stay at this hotel. We had a nice time at the pool, enjoyed the sports bar and pizza restaurant, and loved having an ocean view. Some of the staff were absolutely amazing! The staff at the pizza restaurant & gift shop, the organizers of the Turkey Trot, the bartender at the sports bar - all great! However, at the coffee shop the workers gave preferential treatment to members of the community versus guests. A woman in line behind me got all 4 of her coffees before they even started in my order because she knew the baristas. Left me with a bad taste in my mouth. Thanksgiving dinner was overpriced and under delivered. The lazy river isn’t heated and was too cold to go in. Was also a bit confusing and Nickle/dimey how you can pay to reserve a beach chair, but don’t actually need to. I also thought the fitness classes were included with the resort fee and they were not which was disappointing. It was fine, I enjoyed time with my family but will probably book an all-inclusive next time as it overall left me wanting more.
