Not a good experience

I made a mistake on my reservation and as soon as I mentioned that I booked the room through hotels.com the clerk shut me down. Told me she couldn't anything to help me and I had to call Hotels.com. So I did and Hotels.com Gold team, Hermin, yes that was her name, fixed everything. I love Hotels.com! the room was super noisy, fridge made a high pitch wine all might and the ac unit had a dripping sounds. Luckily I'm a hard sleeper but it was annoying even for me.
