Stay away from this hotel!!!
We had to wait 2hrs to get our room. Got our room at 1am and the sheets on the beds were not changed and were dirty from prior guests, The bathtub/shower wasn't clean either. Never AGAIN!!!!

Beds are comfortable, quiet rooms. staff is very friendly. Room is clean. Weird that they don’t have microwave in the room, but not a deal breaker. Breakfast has decent variety, waffles are really good.

Stayed here for work over a weekend. Hotel is in middle of renovations. I didn’t know this until I arrived. Needed I’m sure but they should post it. Will look good when completed. Ice machine didn’t work on my floor. Great breakfast. Nothing that bad and would stay again.

I was satisfied with my room, but the hotel is currently under renovation, making access to the lobby and breakfast lounge impossible. They did their best to accommodate guests while things were torn apart, providing a smaller breakfast in another room and a side entrance to the building.

This hotel was under MAJOR renovation and was in NO condition to be operating!!!!! The room was fine but everything EVERYTHING getting to it was a loud dirty unsightly construction zone! It was obvious they were trying to keep the revenue flowing during a construction job that was NOT conducive to that.

A heads-up would have been nice
Renovations were underway on the 3rd floor (among other places), directly over our room. Drilling loud enough to drown out the TV Sunday afternoon, and not quite as loud drilling Monday afternoon until well past 6:00 p.m. No one mentioned the renovations when we checked in, and we received a half-hearted, “We can move you to the 1st floor, but we only have doubles,” when we complained at the front desk on Sunday. (We reserved a king.) Both elevators’ walls were covered with plywood and their floors with drywall (?) remains. We’ve stayed at this hotel several times a year for the past 5 years, but I’m not sure we’ll be back.

My room was fine, I was disappointed with fact that during my entire stay I did not have any room service from the cleaning staff. No one cleaned my room nor did they replenish bathroom supplies. The coffee maker in the room needs to be up-dated. Staff was very pleasant and helpful.

The staff was outstanding as usual. Have stayed here before and have always be very pleased with the staff and facility. Keep up the good work and take care of the staff I know it is hard to find and keep good and caring workers, so make certain to keep the great staff that you have, that is what makes your facility a good place to stay.

Hotels.com = ticket scalpers!!!
The hotel and staff were 5 star all the way. Here is my issue. Hotels.com is nothing more than a ticket scalping service. I was physically in this hotel a week before and was told by the front desk that they were sold out on the night I needed. To my surprise the next day the room was available on Hotels.com. I booked it for $263. I stayed the night and since I am a Hilton honors member, I got an e mail receipt for $221!!! Imagine that $42 paid to the scalpers at Hotels.com!!! It is just as much hiltons fault as they allow these websites to block off rooms and charge and elevated rate. That’s fine. As I said the room, staff, amenities were great. In the end, Hilton and Hotels.com will never see me again. Buyer beware
