Hotel is not a good as it looks online.

Had to wait 25-30 minutes to check in as clerk went to dinner break around 9pm when we arrived. Hotel is right on beach, but nothing else around it. It's leaders as Resort but has no amenities that would make it one. It's old, somewhat rundown. Feels more like a motel 6 than a 3 star. It is fairly cleanly maintain but not a great option compare to a courtyard Marriott or Other 3 star chain hotels

It looks a little run down from the outside but the inside is very nice and clean. The pool area was nice too.

not really a hotel

Very nice room. But not really a hotel. it the resort is basically privately owned and rented condos No daily maid service. Reception desk only open from 8 or 9 AM until 11 PM . Have to Need key to get in and out of the building at other times. Have to empty your own garbage when ending your stay. they don't provide paper or plastic cups and you are expected to clean dishes and glasses if used. too many rules, restrictions. Bedroom too small even though hotel room is very nice.

As a timeshare resort our housekeeping schedule does run a little differently then what you are accustomed too. A great place to stay!

We had a wonderful time while we were there. Everything about our stay was great. The pool, hot tub and pool area were fantastic. The room had all that we required. The only problem was the parking. Being that it was the 75th anniversary of Bike week and spring break, if you left in your vehicle instead of your motorcycle, you would have no parking when you returned.

Great place to stay!

We went for the Daytona 500 but enjoyed the hotel so much, we'll go back for the beach and the area! The room was very clean and comfortable.

Great place

Very clean, simple, fun place to stay. Was there for work but would be great for a vacation. Fantastic place to walk on the beach. Will definitely stay there next year when I'm in Daytona.

Sister FL Visit

The villa/hotel room was well stocked with linens including extra sheets,pillows and a blanket for sofabed. The only item not supplied in kitchen was coffee filters. The villa with two bathrooms & two TV's was very clean with up-to-date appliances. The price was reasonable for the room amenities & beachfront view with storage. Would stay again only downfalls late checkin & early checkout. A little cramped in sofabed area due to maximum use of villa floor space.
