Personal an Rezeption ist freundlich, Hotel veraltet, Zimmer nicht auf 4 Sterne Niveau (kein Kühlschrank, Mobiliar eher auf Hostel Niveau, Bett nicht sehr bequem). Self parking kostet 15 Dollar dafür ist es schon unverschämt dass man 10 Minuten laufen muss, um von Hotel zum Parkplatz zu gelangen. Insgesamt kein gutes Preis leistungs Verhältnis. Wir haben eine Woche vorher für den halben Preis ein drei Sterne Hotel in direkter Standlage mit weitaus besserer Ausstattung gehabt.

Hilton Disappointment

Pros: Accessibility into the beach.
Cons: Poor valet service. Lack of in-room amenities. Added fees. Dated decor.
Location: Daytona Beach Boardwalk and Joe's Crabshack within walking distance.
I can honestly say this hotel stay was a complete disappointment. The added fees doubled the hotel costs. Valet is $22/day, self-park is $15/day. In addition, valet service was horrible. Room was small and no fridge. Also, they don't honor Hilton Rewards upgrades if you book through a third party. No more Hilton stays for me.

We’re sorry to hear our resort let you down. The fees you mentioned are listed on Expedia and it’s mentioned in your membership agreement that third-party bookings don’t qualify for rewards amenities and points. We’ve updated our rooms in the past year, but we certainly appreciate your perspective.

Thrilled with our stay!

Pros: The Staff, our room(s), the proximity to the beach.
Cons: Hopefully if we return the Spa would be accessible, along with the onsite steak house.
We were thrilled with our Hotel choice, so much so extended our stay by 1-day. The only downfall was we were not aware the hotel had Hurricane damage and the spa was unfortunately not available to us for our stay, nor was the steak house on site that we were looking forward to visiting. The Staff, however, was lovely and we had a wonderful room for all of our nights at the hotel - even when we switched rooms for our extra day stay.

Love hidden charges

Pros: The hotel is nice and location is excellent the rooms all overlook ocean, so I don't understand why they ask more for rooms with ocean View? Just another gimmick for property to charge more on unsuspecting customers
Cons: I purchased on line and paid around $100 canadian for one evening, the price seemed fair? After check out I look at my bill for extras and they charged an extra $15 for parking and $15 for resort fee? Just very very cheap, can't believe a property like that has to resort to this kind of games to make money! Most likely won't stay there again! Maybe that is why property has gone bankrupt so many times in the last few years?

Pros: Sleeping in the car.. not...
Cons: Should of done something for us
Location: Daytona beach great.bike week .if we could of stayed would have been good.
You won't post the truth!!!sleeping in the car they were closed an made no alternative arrangements for us at all.

Too expensive for the accomodations.

Pros: There were not a lot of people there during the time we traveled. The kids club was entertaining for the kids and allowed me some individual time.
Cons: Cleanliness. Both of the Laundry facilities were unavailable. Paid parking was a block away and was almost $70 for 4 nights. Valet was $22 per night.
Location: Location to Ocean Walk was great! Good location for walking to the pier, beach shops and other attractions.
Our first room was not clean. We were moved to another room. Parking was an added expense and inconvenient location. Staff was awesome and accommodating. Great location and beach front.

Hotel is ok

No real balcony just a sliding door and Romeo and Juliet balcony no where to step. We had a roach in our room. We got charged a incidental hold without being told. The staff is amazing.

Anniversary getaway!

Awesome trip! Very nice staff and great location just about everything is in walking distance. We had breakfast every morning over looking the beach and it was delicious.The hot tub and pool area could have been a little cleaner.

Overall disappointing stay.

Pros: The room was comfortable.
Cons: Please, MAKE SURE THE BATHROOM IS CLEAN!
Location: Right on the beach, nice outside area, restaurants are nearby but scary at night.
We booked this hotel on the spur of the moment and the price we were quoted on the site did not match the price that we were sent as booking confirmation, nor the price on the receipt upon departure nor on what we were actually charged. The room itself was ok but the bathtub had not been cleaned and had pubic hairs all over it. We should have asked to change rooms but it was not until later that we found it. Also the property itself is nice, but when walking to dinner to a restaurant that is close, did not feel safe. Would not stay here again.
