Over-priced for what you get.

Upon trying to check in, valet wouldn't let us leave the car, even to self park. Made to rush to unload luggage. Check-in was ok. The room, while location was good, view great, the room was dated. Toilet wouldn't flush. Tried calling maintenance 3 times, front desk 4, never got an answer. Son opened back of toilet to find old nasty black molded towel shoved in there. Sliding glass door was broke, screws coming out of handle and lock. North tower pool was all funky, south tower pool was filthy and had used femine products floating in it. Good thing we didn't spend more then 1night, and not much time in room.

We had a great time. Staff were very nice and even all of the people staying there were nice. We will definitely stay there again.

Huge hotel next to the amusement park

Overall a good experience. The staff I encountered were very good. The hotel has so many guests it appeared they had a hard time keeping the pool and common areas tidy. The hotel could offer guests an additional area to rinse after beach swimming. They use one shower on city property and it isn't sufficient. The air condition unit made a lot of noise during the night. It sounded like someone was coming in the door every 1/2hr or so. The best part of the stay was convenience for families. Arcade, amusement park, and water park within walking distance.

Nice location

Pros: Close to beach.
Cons: Flashing from smoke detector and water pressure.
Location: Domino's pizza, Dunkin Donuts, Baskin Robbins ice cream parlor.
Right on the beach. Be prepared to do a lot of walking if you are in the North Tower and don't valet park your car. Parking lot is about 3 blocks away. No microwave or refrigerator. Light flashed from fire detector in room constantly, but was advised by front desk that the battery was not low, but sent no one to check. City view mostly from Room 673 was the roof. Water pressure in sink was very low. I would only stay again if room was in the Main tower.

Rooms and Hotel hallways are very dirty. Musty smell in the hallway. Room bathrooms looks like it has not been cleaned. Bug in the room.

Beachfront resort without beachfront facilities.

Great views from the oceanfront rooms. Rooms are clean and the location is great. Hotel is however understaffed with long waiting times to check-in or ask questions even if the line is short. The resort fee does not include anything you usually expect from a beachfront hotel (beach chairs and towels) and is basically an extra room tax which has no value. WiFi was fast and worked great.

Nice Hotel

Located on the beach and the board walk is behind the hotel. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were clean. They need to update the wall color and make the lobby on the Southside as nice as the Northside Lobby.

Rooms are dated, the self parking is a pain because you have to park across the street. Overall not bad for $$$.
