Great location right on the beach!

Cons: The front desk staff needs revamping immediately!
Location: Next door to the boardwalk rides and walking distance to many restaurants, a waterpark and putt putt golf.
The front desk staff was quite disappointing. They all seemed as if they hated their jobs and that helping guests was a problem. They didn't smile, failed to acknowledge guests in line and seemed bothered by my and other guests' presence. My room wasn't ready when I checked in and they didn't bother to offer a temporary pass for us to go in & out of the doors to the pool and beach. The bellman advised that I get a temporary key so that I wouldn't get locked out. There is food and beverage service at the pool and the waitress was very accommodating, despite being the only one working. However, more attention was needed in maintaining the pool area so that it was free of food and beverage containers. In contrast, the valet at the front door was amazing. All of the guys were extremely attentive and communicated well. My car was retrieved very quickly each time.

Beautiful views

Had a nice room on the 11th floor. Sea View. Too. Was a little small but size of a typical hotel room. Nothing special except the view. Rooms have a door that slides open, but no actual balcony. Very disappointed that we couldn't sit and enjoy the view. Facilities were plentiful and nicely maintained. Housekeeping - Callie in particular were very nice and friendly. Took about 15-20 minutes to check in which seemed slow but they were busy at the time we arrived.

Nicer Room

Pros: nice in general, very friendly and helpful staff
Cons: update and generally make rooms updated
Location: wanted beach and got it.
I thought with the name Hilton the room would be nicer. I have stayed at other Hiltons and the room was much better. The furniture was old mismatched looked like put together with whatever was available.

Do not believe the pictures

We were here for our vacation. This hotel is over rated. It's good for a two or three star hotel, but no more. At the front desk, They try to sell you time share, better room, higher floor, ocean front, parking, and all kind of donations. It's a mission to finish with front desk. By the time you are done with the front desk, it's time for everyone else to come forward to rip you off. Every time passing through the lobby, we had to walk fast or pretend we are busy on the phone in order to avoid these people. Not a good place for vacation.

Room was very out dated not what i expected for a 4 star hotel. Great on site amenities but hotel needs to update guest rooms.

There was hair in the tub, ring around the inside of the sink, the lamp between the beds didn't work is just to name a few things. After paying for the room, had to pay a resort fee... Ok... But to have to pay an additional 15.00 to self park my vehicle across the street down an alley behind other businesses really upset me! Won't be back!!

Almost excellent

Pros: Almost everything. Location, staff etc
Cons: Hot tub maint.
Location: Right on heart of Daytona Beach...Plenty to do
Everything was at least very good, but the hot tub was disgusting . I will make my next stay in another hotel.

This hotel is beautiful! It is very large, with a north and south side. Lots of things to do and see
