Beach front and center of entertainment

Pros: Location
Cons: We had red ants in our room, parking fees were added at check-in and the pool closest to our room was closed we were not informed at check-in
Location: Awesome location to all things beach side of Daytona Beach. Great restaurants, amusement areas for the kids, clubs and of course the BEACH!!
Fast and courteous check in. Delicious room service.

First, check in was in one building and room was in the other, which was quite a long to get to. Second, previous guest's used soap left in my shower. Last, nice beachfront pool shown in pics closed. Small unappealing pool available on 5th floor facing street with no shade/umbrellas.

Large hotel on the beach well situated

Very large hotel on the beach well situated across from the convention center. Clean and great staff. The rating is because they do not offer towels for the beach. Book a Hilton hotel on the beach and you would expect beach service. Not here.

Awesome staff and location.

From the moment we pulled up til the time we left we loved this hotel. My grandkids were impressed with the views, the pool and having the ocean be our backyard!

Pool with broken shut down still had to pay the

$15 Resort fee $22 parking fee on top of your reservation not a good deal

Overnight business stay

Bathroom was in need of updating. It was a handicapped accessible bathroom, which I did not require but did not mind. Would have preferred a tub.

Pros: LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION
Cons: SHUTTLE TO AND FROM PARKING LOT.
Location: EXCELLENT LOCATION. ON THE BEACH. CLOSE TO PIER. SO MUCH GOING ON UP AND DOWN BOARDWALK. RESTURANTS, AMUSEMENT PARK, WATER PARK, SHOPS, MOVIES, ETC.
FULL SERVICE HOTEL. GREAT LOCATION. SO MUCH TO DO AND SEE IN AND AROUND HOTEL. SATURDAY NIGHT FIREWORKS ON PIER WERE AN UNEXPECTED BONUS. WATCHED FROM OUR ROOM. NEXT TIME WE WILL DO VALET PARKING. SELF PARKING WAS OK BUT IS ACROSS THE STREET AND TAKES AWAY A LITTLE OF THE ENJOYABLE EXPERIENCE. A HOTEL SHUTTLE TO AND FROM PARKING LOT WOULD HAVE MADE A DIFFERENCE.

It was not the same

The last time I stayed at this hotel there was a refrigerator, microwave, and bathrobes. They have made several changes and downgraded. I have stayed at this hotel 3 times and it has been 3 years since the last stay. This time is by far the worst. I don't know if they are sacrificing satisfaction for costs, under new management, or have just stop caring. I enjoyed Daytona and the beach; however, I did not enjoy my stay at this hotel this time.
