We paid for parking but could not park no solution

Cons: Customer Service
No parking after we paid for parking so had to valet. Front desk supervisor said he never heard of Expedia VIP and had no provisions and no upgrades because he and the hotel have never heard of any program. So this hotel gave us non of the advantages we were supposed to get by booking Expedia. So why bother?? I will book direct from now on plus they do not accept my Hilton honors number if I book through Expedia. Losing deal all the way around for us and now you.

Great location but avoid the sports bar

Pros: Rooms were clean and very comfortable.
Cons: Avoid the sports bar. Go ahead an valet park - the "self parking" that you are charged for is several blocks away.
Location: Fantastic location and very reasonably priced for the season!
Stayed here one night on our way to vacation on the other side of the state. The hotel itself is fantastic - clean, attractive, and comfortable. However - we ate dinner at the sports bar in the hotel and both myself and my 17 year old son experienced severe abdominal distress within a couple of hours. He ended up being unable to showcase his talents at the 3 day football camp at Stetson as he has been ill the whole weekend. Waste of several hundred dollars due to poorly prepared food, but I guess it could happen anywhere. Definitely recommend the hotel, but make your food choices carefully. My 8 year old grandson had half of a plain grilled cheese and was just fine.

Great view from the 16th flooe

We had a good experience. The room was clean and the accommodations were nice. I had trouble connecting to wifi (even after given 2 different passwords). Also, while in the shower, the water would drastically turn scalding hot causing whoever was in to jump out or cut the water off and try again.

Great place to stay on the beach.

Pros: It's right near all the festivities and all the shops, next to the pier. Great location and very nice place to stay.
Cons: For the price you pay to stay at this hotel it could use a mini refrigerator and a mjiicrowave.
Location: It's next to the pier and has great entertainment every night, located near all the good shops.
Great location and very nice hotel to stay at, the staff is friendly and the rooms are kept clean.

Nice 4th getaway!

We love the Hilton.. no complaints really! We have also found it a little odd that the rooms Do not have a mini fridge would be nice. The only con is valet.. seems that they need to tweak and rethink how they do things. Our car always ends up at wrong tower. But over all we love it and we will be back, of course!

For a stay at a Hilton is was very poor quality Hilton. Below average rooms for the price. And lots of homeless people around the Hotel.

Weekend Getaway

Pros: Lobby was very nice, staff very attentive
Cons: Rooms!!! Get frigs and microwaves if you are going to charge such high prices. Improve food quality also. Need new beds, you could feels the springs..
The room was very small, no frig, you had to call front desk and ask for one, despite the fact that I had already requested one with my reservation. No microwave in the room either, these items make a big difference for an enjoyable experience when traveling with a 4 year old. The food quality was very poor. Charging $8.00 for a peanut butter and jelly sandwich is bad enough but then serving it on stale bread, what else needs to be said.

Great hotel on the beach

We have stayed here before, but this time the hotel is undergoing a facelift so not everything was open. I thought it odd to be remodeling in the summer at a beach hotel. Our rooms were "upgraded" when we arrived, but I wanted the room I booked. It took a manager to get me back to what I had paid for, but it did get resolved. I prepaid for a room type and when I got there they were "sold out" of that type of room. If I prepaid for it how can it be sold out??? After complaining to several people including a manager they miraculously found a room available for me. They said they thought they were doing me a favor by upgrading my room. Believe me, the new room was no upgrade over what I prepaid for. The stay was great. I live the hotel and it's location. Everything was good except for the last night. The hotel was overrun by a religious conference for kids. There were teenagers everywhere...all night long running up and down hallways and slamming doors.
