Enjoyed my stay but my daughters tablet was broken

Hotel and area was good. We had fun but my daughters tablet was broken on accident by house keeping. Still waiting on a response

What you don't know

Pros: Beach view from the room was awesome. The cleaning ladies were sweethearts and did a great job.
Cons: The hotel staff could take a course on how to smile
Location: Location is great. Near a variety of dining and activities.
FEES Everyday, Dear Lord, a fee to "resort" /day, a fee to "park"/d, a fee to move rooms. No Refrigerator or microwave in the room. Construction all day everyday, Garbage trucks backing up a 6:30 A.M.! Pressure washing by the pool, loud, loud, loud, everywhere you go. Beach Rentals taking up the prime spots on the beach. It just keeps going. This is not a 4star by my standards. Online booking agencies needs to do a MUCH better job of giving this info prior to booking.

Amazing hotel and staff, construction was a bummer but understandable due to hurricane damage. Highly recommend!!

poor poor poor Hilton Experience

Hotel was under construction- it happens. Rooms were clean, but there were homeless bums roaming the property, wort valet system. Rude associates, lost my truck, parked in an unsecured lot with items in the back instead of in the garage like I paid for, over charged for unused services and no one would myself or Expedia reps managements name or allow us to speak to them. Never again. Total disappointment for my family who flew in from NY and unsafe for my 5 yo daughter

Pot smokers

Overall nice hotel on the inside. Outside was under construction but no amount of fixing would help with the dirtyness. Homeless people everywhere! People were smoking pot on our floor. I have no problem with smoking pot, but not around my kids. Security didn't do anything about it.

Great view of the ocean. Downside is getting in and out of hotel due to lack of parking.

Very Nice Hotel

Everything was amazing. The hotel is under renovation but it is handled in a way that it does not interfere with the quality of stay at all

Nice hotel close to everything!

This is a nice hotel with a lot going on inside of it. It is across from the Daytona lagoon and next to the boardwalk. You are in walking distance to a lot of great stuff. I just wish the room had a refrigerator and microwave in it. I know the more costly rooms probably had one, but all the rooms should have them. Other than that it is a great place to stay.

Nice view

Pros: great view
Cons: more seating by the pool...better cleaned bathrooms
Location: amusements close by a giant sling shot for people to ride next store
The hotel bathroom needed a deep cleaning. Pool was too small for size of hotel. People got up before dawn to reserve a seat by the pool. No where near enough seating.

$17.00 dollars to park your car for one night way across the street in parking lot is ridiculous!!!!!
