Hotel was under construction- it happens. Rooms were clean, but there were homeless bums roaming the property, wort valet system. Rude associates, lost my truck, parked in an unsecured lot with items in the back instead of in the garage like I paid for, over charged for unused services and no one would myself or Expedia reps managements name or allow us to speak to them. Never again. Total disappointment for my family who flew in from NY and unsafe for my 5 yo daughter
